My wife and I hired David (owner) of kingdom construction. It was a small demo on a staircase. Remove drywall and replace with wrought iron. He stated on first inspection it was a simple job. We even agreed to start on a certain date that my family and I would be out of the house. Being that my wife works from home and can't be there while demo is going on. The original contract stated 7-10 (business) days. After 3 weeks they were still no further into the project from the day that we got home. David hired 2 different subs and the job never made progress. Installing the wrought iron spindles isn't progress. It was terrible craftsmanship and David never once came to the house to inspect unless I had an issue. When we had finally had enough I called David and he blow up on me. Stating my wife and I are all piss and vinegar. Till this point my wife and I had been very understanding. Afterwards not so damn much. Not to mention everything he bought( from the money we put down$2500) was completely wrong. Nothing matched and none of his subs were getting paid. After letting david and kingdom constuction go we still had a trailer outside that contained the demo. David had hired another guy to haul that off. On the day of pick up the trailer owner threatened to dump it all in the street because he (Shane Shane) had not been paid. I explained to him that had nothing to do with me as I did not hire him and had paid David money. After all that I had a few other construction companies come in and all said the same thing. It was completely wrong and even the decorative bases for the wrought iron were wrong. So I've wasted $2500 and basically have to start all over. I'd ask for money back but all his subs said the same thing, "" he doesn't pay"". The pictures on here of the staircase is my house. You can see the terrible work they did. I would caution anyone thinking of hiring kingdom construction.

Kingdom will charge you a premium and then give you subpar workmanship along with subpar materials.
Do yourselves a favor and take bids, meet contractors and DO NOT SETTLE for the first person that comes to your door
