After making the original call someone there called back within 2 hours and set up an in home appointment the next day with Larry S. Larry was very helpful with his many years of roofing and construction experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and install. He also worked well with our insurance adjuster. Two weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and gutters. The roofing crew was nice and knew what they were doing. The old shingles were removed and new ones installed the same day. Everything was cleaned up before they left. We were able to upgrade shingles to 30 yr Timberline, remove 3 turbines, install ridge vents, new gutters, and replace a broken window all for the price of our insurance deductible. What a deal! We would recommend King Roofing to anyone.

We contracted this company in good faith. They started the job in September after the hurricane. Then they sent a crew that had never completed a metal roof. Which we were told they had experience crews. Well, when they finally started we found out it was the first metal roof they had done. Like ours. The crew never cleaned up after themselves. We had to do it everyday. Then they would only work half a day. It gets better. They ripped the trim from our roof and had to bring in another crew to fix that.mess. after 8 months and 6 crews and 8 -10 inspection for approval. This company want us to pay for sub-par workmanship. They haven't even painted the trim to this day. They continue to tell us they lost money on this job. Which was not our doing it's their for poor hiring practices. Plus they lied to us about filing 2nd claim and had a check setting in their office and failed tell us until we brought it up &question it. All this is fact.. We feel should.not have to pay the full $7,000.00+. We feel we should get discount because we are going to have to hire someone to paint the trim ourselves. We don't want the company back on our property. They have treated the people of south Texas wrong. We are not dead beat people we are middle class hard working individuals. We pay our bills on time and only expect what is desevered to us. Which is compensation for being treated so unprofessionally I recommend you do your research before you hire a company.and not just on- line reviews. Hope this helps other when make their decisions when hiring contractors.

In Victoria Tx, after Hurricane Harvey tore up our roof, we called King Roofing and they did everything in their power to help us and get us a new roof. Roof took maybe a day and looks great. Alex was incredibly professional and provided unmatched customer service. Highly recommend them.

Came and did a repair on my roof. 15 minutes to get here and 20 minutes from the time he took ladder off the truck, did the repair and loaded ladder back on the truck. He brought some shingles they had lying around so they didn't even have to purchase a bundle of shingles for the repair. 50 minutes total time and I was charged $150.00! Was told that was a good deal because they usually charge $250.00! WOULD NOT USE AGAIN! The check I wrote them was cashed within 30 minutes. They knew they overcharged me and cashed it before I could stop payment.
