Highly recommend! We found out we needed a new roof when we were trying to get our solar permits, and SunPower's contracted roofer was King Roofing. I spoke with Rey to get a quote and also got four other quotes. Not only was Rey the most informative and responsive, his quote was the best! Throughout the process Rey answered all my questions, and his team was incredibly professional and top notch. After each day of the four day job they did a thorough cleanup, and the roof looks amazing. Would use them again, and I recommend King Roofing to anyone!

We were referred to King Roofing by a contractor who we have used to remodel several homes. I spoke to Rey initially, who came out to do a quick overview of the roof.

Rey took a lot of pictures and walked through what he found. He was very thorough and articulated what we saw, what we should fix, and what we should not worry about. I appreciated that he didn't use the pictures to create FUD, but partnered with me on the best route to address my concerns.

Knowing there was a storm coming, Rey accommodated our request to get started quickly and had a crew out to get the work down in a couple of days.

The team was really nice, polite, thorough and clean. There was no sign of them when they were gone. I also appreciated the fact that they took pictures of the ""after"" so that I had piece of mind to know the work was done and had something in my files should we ever sell the house.

King Roofing did a wonderful job on replacing the underlayment for our tile roof. King Roofing is a small family business. They are polite, easy to work with, and very accommodating. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job overall. After they were finished, they made sure the entire was cleaned up. We were extremely happy with the results and their work. Been around 2 months dince i hired them to re-roof for me to be able to place Tesla Solar Panels. They are one of the contractors Tesla reccommends!

Im glad i chose them. The owner Renyaldo was a very nice guy to meet! They finished the underlinement in 2 days! Ferdinand was the one who came to give me a very reasonable quote with the top of the line underlinement.

They are a family owned business, and prices are very competetive! Plus after the work bring 2-3 months now, havent had any issues. Tesla was able to install solar panels with no problem.

100% reccomend for sure! Godbless this company!

The last update here. We are super pleased to work with the King Roofing. I worked with Fernando, Ray and Ray junior... and it's a family owned small business. They worked super fast, from the city inspection to the material delivery to the installation..: they got it done over a few days in a dizzying pace. The installation was supposed to be a two day job, but they hired extra workers to get it done in a day. They offered me a fair, upfront pricing. They offer the Owens Corning shingles with a 50 year warranty... and I had to laugh... I sure do wish I am around to claim this 50 year warranty!! The bottom line, they were great to work with & their work was immaculate. I do highly recommend this company.
