Been around 2 months dince i hired them to re-roof for me to be able to place Tesla Solar Panels. They are one of the contractors Tesla reccommends!

Im glad i chose them. The owner Renyaldo was a very nice guy to meet! They finished the underlinement in 2 days! Ferdinand was the one who came to give me a very reasonable quote with the top of the line underlinement.

They are a family owned business, and prices are very competetive! Plus after the work bring 2-3 months now, havent had any issues. Tesla was able to install solar panels with no problem.

100% reccomend for sure! Godbless this company!

The last update here. We are super pleased to work with the King Roofing. I worked with Fernando, Ray and Ray junior... and it's a family owned small business. They worked super fast, from the city inspection to the material delivery to the installation..: they got it done over a few days in a dizzying pace. The installation was supposed to be a two day job, but they hired extra workers to get it done in a day. They offered me a fair, upfront pricing. They offer the Owens Corning shingles with a 50 year warranty... and I had to laugh... I sure do wish I am around to claim this 50 year warranty!! The bottom line, they were great to work with & their work was immaculate. I do highly recommend this company.

we sent out a global request for a good roofing company. We received many recomendations and I called King. Mr. Estrada showed up in about an hour to give us a quote. He walked me through the process and materials he would use. His quote was not the lowest of the (5) we got, but he was not the highest either. His honesty and integrity sold us though. They gave us a few address of homes they recently completed that had the tiles we selected so we could see the bigger picture. Well worth the time to help us in our design choice. Both of his sons came by prior to the start to make sure all was set up. They all three were here on the days of the installation. The project was completed on time and at the quoted price! I wish i could give them ten stars!

We wanted to have solar panels installed, and we wanted to ensure that our roof is ready for such an effort. The roof was +20 years old and King Roofing helped us determined how and what to replace the sheeting and fix all the broken tiles. We also had pool thermal panels installed already which made this work more complex. King Roofing was very trustworthy, provided clear explanations and set proper expectations of the product and the work involved. We needed to make some modifications to our roof to prepare it for Tesla Solar panels (needed underlayment installed). Tesla recommended a number of roofing companies which they've worked with in the past, including King Roofing. I requested quotes from five different roofers, including King Roofing, who was quick to respond and schedule time to see our roof for an estimate. Their price was also competitive and Ferdinand was easy to work with and he was patient and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.

Once the project started, his team was very efficient and able to completed the work on schedule and correctly. Highly recommend using them for roofing work.

I was referred to King Roofing as they were one of the contractors that Tesla has worked with in the past.
I needed the underlayment replaced, so I called them and they were quick to respond. They said they were going to be in the area and asked if they were able to come for an estimate.
Throughout the process, they were easy to communicate with, friendly and open to any questions I had.
They were quick, efficient, and got the work done when they said they would.
My neighbor was so impressed that they asked for their card just in case they ever needed roof work in the future.
