Ms Itzel and Mr. Francois educated me on my roof and the need for replacement. I left everything in their hands and they delivered! I didn't have to worry about anything. Even the cleaning of the yard afterwards was very meticulous putting everything back in place before leaving. Everyone I saw professional! I would recommend them to everyone.

Make certain... completely certain... that you do not sign ANYTHING before they give you an estimate. There is a clause that you will owe them $1000 if you decide to go elsewhere. They did NOT provide me an estimate. That is, until they learned from my insurance what THEY estimated the replacement should be. And, then, because of the age of the roof, the insurance did not cover the complete replacement and the company billed me the entire insurance estimate and STILL wouldn't provide me a detailed estimate. If I had known better, I would NOT have signed that first promissory until I had spoken to other contractors.

I had even old them of an issue with the roof that needed to be corrected as they did the work and asked for them to add it I to their estimate. They didn't.

Did the work get done and was it done professionally? Yes.

Do I have the final contract and warranty in hand? It's been 4 months since the work's been done and no.
