Hi, I hired King Construction a few months ago and thinking because one of the people who runs it is a Marine Veteran, I thought the service would be great.... to my disappointment, the communication was the worst I have ever experienced, their roofing crew would not show up on days promised or even notify me of their intentions not to show up! They showed up finally but when they wanted to show up at 7:15 am without giving me any notification, It took nearly 2 weeks to get what they got done when what was promised was a 2 day job and the job is still not completed! Nobody from the owner, production mgr, general mgr, sales, office or anyone kept me informed of delays or scheduling so I could manage my time atound them. They claimed the job was finished and as the homeowner I could clearly see it wasn't! They left garbage on my roof and in gutters, they left a bucket of tar on my roof and shingle packs! They never completed putting a roof vent on where they cut a 12"" hole in my roof and covered it with shingles, left many many bad nails scattered throughout my yard beyond the usual few that normally is left, also including nail packs for their nailling air guns, they left a huge gap between the trim of my house and the additional room as you see in the picture that i had to cover with duct tape until they can make it out to cover the gap, they have failed 5 county inspections so far from not showing up and being on the job, not finishing the job, multiple permits errors! Some minor and simple things can be expected from roofing companies, but this company King Construction in Orlando Fl has sunk way far and below any standards of professionalism and work ethics! Not showing up for work as promised, doing terrible work, not finishing the work and claiming it done, terrible communication with the customer and multiple failed county inspections. Shame on these guys period!!! Please please please do not hire these guys if you want professional work done!!

Scammers! Do not sign AOB-assignment of benefits neither sign a non specific contract without ( Price, Materials, start & end dates etc). Bryann T. & Joe M. Will get the insurance claim money & shuffled you around for over 90 days. Unprofessional, unethical will cause damage to your property, will ask you for more money than the deductible and will failed to do agreed on work. Company will do an unacceptable poor quality & incomplete job that will not be performed in accordance with accepted industry standards. They will try to get the County inspection without finishing the work and the County inspection will fail.
