This company was AWESOME! Bryan and Eddie were very professional and polite. They did a roof inspection of our home and explained their product which was Landmark solar reflective asphalt shingles. They then addressed the issues regarding our roof and gave a reasonable written quote. Work began on time and their crew was polite, professional, hard-working with temperatures in the 100s. As work started dry rot was discovered which needed to be replaced. Eddie took pictures so we could clearly see. The extra work performed was very reasonable. Eddie stayed in constant contact in case we had any concerns. All work was completed with no debris or nails left behind. Highly recommend this company

Where Do I start ? Lets start with the Rating I gave and then I""ll go into the reason why. 1 Star because that's the LOWEST available. Do NOT let these people on your property let alone your roof. I am not aware of any other Administrative / Supervisor for King Bee other than Eddie Guzman so this applies to his performance. This man will lie to your face on your own roof as he did with me. I don't believe he has any significant construction skills let alone Specialty as in Roofing.He ran the job on my house which required 27 squares so it wasn't the easiest ( Removal of Shake install of Comp. ) but not the hardest, anyone with 3 years of roofing experience could run this job better . Material was improperly installed, used material (roof penetrations and valley metal) were installed and even underlay material was omitted, ridge cap off center. From inside my attic I am able to see quite clearly that there was NO nailing code adhered to except maybe where nails where exposed for inspection ( City Inspector said "" next time make sure there is NOTHING covering any sheathing ). I could go on and on. I do have pictures to support all these issues and will be filing formal complaint with CSLB. Just to be clear King Bee provided installation services only, Estimate, Shingles, underlayment, gutters and down spouts were provided by others. To sum it up....it was a pathetic installation.

Our roof needed repair following the installation of a gas stove, and Bryan was prompt and efficient. He came out within an hour after the installation and was able to repair the roof at a reasonable price on the same day. Bryan also took the time to shingle areas where satellite dishes had been while he was on the roof. We would definitely use King Bee Roofing again!

I contacted King Bee Roofing and Bryan Johnson said he was going to send one of his employees to see my chimney to check the water was leaking. Bill arrived and said that he was going to fix that and he was going to remove the old material and put a roof of the same color and it did not even show that was a fix and look nice and neat, I asked him about approximately how much was going to be and he said about $650 to $700, I said it was fine; Then he asked me to talk to Bryan and Bill asked me if he should start working, I told him I was fine. Then I talked with Bryan and I started to take the data from my credit card without talking about quoting and the agreement I had with Bill, so I assumed that it was the same, during the process of this I asked him for a certificate of this arrangement and he said that I was going to give me the roof certificate for 7 years. Then I asked him how much the total, and he said $1,050.00 because the roof certificate, I asked him to lower it to $1000 because I didn't have more credit left in my credit card, he agreed; then he sent an email and the certificate said 2 years I called him and he said 2 years for the entire roof but 7 for the leak. Then Bill put a different colored roof and asked him why and he said that it was the only one he brought and that the price that Bryan had given me, it was only for the leaking, I told him that in any work the company had to put the same color, then he said that he would do it later, that never happened and after 2 days the work was not done, I contacted Bryan and said that they were going to get the material and replace the singles and the flat roof around the chimney. they had removed. 2 days later I checked the roof and it did not happen as Bryan had told me that I was going to do it. When I complained, many excuses regarding the mess they left and with very poor aspect, not professional at all. I advice not come to my place anymore. If my brother cannot come and finish and fix it, then I have to pay somebody else.

If you want to spend 6 hours with this guy to get a roof quote while he smokes and drinks, this is your man. I never did get a quote after wasting hours with him. My daughter even tried to get the estimate/quote/proposal out of him and he said he wanted us to come to his home on a Sunday afternoon. Very disrespectful man, if you are a woman looking for a proposal. Watch out!! I really want to report this guy.

Last year was unprecedented in regards to snowfall and rain in California. As a result, roofers have been difficult to impossible to secure in regards to repairs. In many cases, you leave countless emails, voicemails, etc. with no response and when you do get someone in person, they have been curt or dismissive of your situation.

Don't get me wrong, I get it. When you are that busy, it is hard to keep up but the fact business is good should be more of an incentive to provide great service, set expectations and differentiate yourself from the competition that may be stereotypical from a contractor perspective.

Bryan and King Bee Roofing did exactly that. Professional, fair, courteous and communicative about what they can do and when. When complications came up, they didn't surprise me the day of but reached out to me immediately.

I am so happy I found King Bee Roofing. I had a very difficult to find leak in the roof. Other roofers have come out to try to find the leak, but weren't able to. Bryan and Bryan (his assistant) came out and found it immediately. They then fixed it, doing a great job - very clean, neat and tidy. Their price is very reasonable. I am extremely happy with their work. I would recommend them to others, and would have them back if something else goes wrong with my roof. Also, he guarantees his work!

King Bee Roofing president Bryan Johnson charges $75 for bids and inspections. I didn't understand the reasoning behind this concept until Bryan showed up at my home and gave more information on my roof than I ever knew was necessary. Bryan's 20 plus years in the roofing industry proved to be valuable in my job. I would recommend him and his crew to anyone needing a new roof. I was very pleased with his service, dedication and skilled workmanship. The $75 spent was well worth it and credited backed to me when work began. Thank you Bryan.
