Linda C.Long overdue writing this. Kilburn responded immediately to my inquiry whether they serviced Cottageville, as most contractors did not. He was professional, ordered the siding I needed, installed it and the charge was so reasonable! He even took the time to look at a future project I need done and if I move forward on that, I will certainly be calling him! I apologize for not updating my review sooner, but definitely a 5 star job!
David L.We Had leak in our roof due to storm damage and had multiple contractors over to give us a quote. Chris was the only one who took the time to explain the entire situation and steps to fix it. On the day of the repair he showed up on time, took pictures at each stage of the repair and then walked me through the pictures and finished product. We were so impressed we had him install a window several months later where his costs exceeded the quote and his response was, ""I charge what I quote. Just because there were unforeseen circumstances doesn't mean you pay more."" It's very nice to find someone who is so honest and hardworking. I can't recommend him highly enough.
