Mr. Sarfaraz Khan, a Civil Engineer and Contractor is very professional in his dealings with people. I called him to give us a quote of how much to remove and install a new roof and he came the next day and handed me his written quote. I asked him how he got the measurements and he said he use the internet/Google measurement. He came prepared not like the others who still went up the roof and measured the dimensions of the roof. Mr Khan was the 3rd Contractor who gave me a quote. When I asked him why his quote was much lower that the others, he said he owns the company and does not pay commission to Agents like the others.

His Team lead by Ramon Macias with several workers including his son Jose did a great job in installing our new roof and my wife and I are happy about their work product. Most importantly, it was done in a timely manner as planned/scheduled by Mr. Khan - completed in 6 days for a 44 square roof with new fascia and new gutter and downspout. He comes everyday to check how they are doing and their work product.

Great experience with Khan and his crew! Start to finish took about 1 week with having to completely demo the 1975 construction of cement tiles. North Upland area had different code requirements back in the day, with NO undersheeting, just tile resting on rafters. New heat radiant barrier, weather proofing paper and new light weight tile along with re-insulation of the attic area make it look like a new house. Khan wasn't the lowest bid, but I had nine roofers price it for me. Love the finished product, you will not be disappointed if you choose this roofer!

My fiance and I had just purchased a new home and were given a long list of items that needed to be addressed from the inspector.
Khan was so wonderful and went through that long list with us and let us know what items were immediate needs to be addressed since we were not looking to fix everything right away.
He did it all from our flooring, plumbing, painting, water heater, you name it.
His team did such a wonderful job and they finished in less time than anticipated.
