Hi Susie, I sure am glad you had good results with them because I have had a nightmare here. Well over $10,000 into the roof my feeling is you would get better results with the 3rd grade art class! I have had a leak for nearly a year now where my home attaches the sunroom which is an add-on our agreement was they were gonna replace the house roof shingles and install a 12 inch flashing where the addition meets, Needless to say they did not do that they installed an 8 inch flashing I would really like to include some photos with this but not sure how to; Saundra if they haven't done your roof yet get your money back save yourself the headache.
They have been out here at least seven times after to try and stop delete all they do is keep making a mess and bending the flashing instead of replacing the 8 inch with a 12 inch you can forget service after the sale

Unfortunately, I will not be able to give Keystone a good review. My job was not an insurance paid roof replacement. It was fascia and soffit replacement. Thusly monies were paid out of my pocket.

What was a simple job turned (sadly) into a series of mismanaged, poorly crafted and unprofessional behavior occurrences. Five months would pass before a final invoice was submitted with these comments from Keystone's COO...

I hope the reader will consider this review when selecting a roof repair service... especially if one is to pay for the job... not insurance monies.

I have to disagree with suzi e but Keystone keeps saying they are coming to replace our roof and that has been a month now. We gave them our deductible of $1,675 and insurance payment of over $9,000.00 and still they keep saying they are coming and have not come and that has been over a month!

Excellent roofing company. Efficient, thorough, and left no mess. They fought our insurance company who did not want to cover everything. Would highly recommend.
