Carlos S.I would give it zero stars but it's actually not an option. After hurricane Irma I gave my deposit to them on April 2018 with the promise that they would get my roof done soon. After plenty of bogus dates and plenty of complaining from myself, they finally showed up unannounced at 6:30 in the morning to get the roof stripped and re-sealed. Then they gave me another two week bogus date for them coming back to install the metal on the roof. Yet again renege on those dates until I had to, a month later, complain yet again on a Friday. They show up after that weekend and finally got it done. This is not the first time I've used this company but it will be my last. If I were to do this to my customers I would not have any at all.
