From the first visit by Robert Sample to working along with John Case to go over the plan and then of course Fendley who was on property during the roofing install ensuring the job was moving along. The crew that tore off and replaced my roof were outstanding. What I thought was going to be a major project was a small one with this awesome team. The value was there for the job that they did. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Job well done Team!!!

WOW! What a great team at Ketchum to work with! We had hurricane Ian damage and luckily, our neighbors, Matt & Jenna, just had their house reroofed a month earlier, we're able to recommend Ketchum. Our neighbors were extremely diligent which shopping 6 companies for their estimate.

Delfino, Jason, John, and Finley were AMAZING TO WORK WITH!!! They met with our insurance adjuster, provided an estimate, and had us on their schedule amazingly fast!!! John was able to provide addresses for us to see their work and be able to select a roof color. I really wanted a red roof as we will be painting the brick but After looking at the house with the Moire Black, I was sold!!! Our house was completed and converted from ugly to GORGEOUS in two days!!!! They were able to remove a couple of old appliance vents that were no longer in use, along with spray painting our old, rusty HAVC tube vent which now blends and does not stick out.

We've been so disappointed with contractor clean up in the past. I usually have to pickup and clean a lot, to the point where I would not recommend a company and let my neighbors know. They were very professional and were quite anal about the cleanup. This was so nice for a company to really complete a job. They even ran a magnet broom around the perimeter of my house to collect nails that my dogs might find in their paws or to play with.

The team was outstanding to work with! Quality, fair-pricing, and cleanl!!!

I highly recommend Ketchum Roofing and Windows to anyone in need. John Ketchum just did our roof this week. The entire experience from start to finish was clear, professional, and courteous. The crew did my entire roof in one day which blew my mind.
