No surprise when I came here to leave a review and Kertland Roofing has Five stars!

It doesn't rain hard in SoCal very often, but our roof sprung a leak during the big wind/rainstorm we just had. Called them and they were, of course, overwhelmed by roof repair requests.

But sweet Suzanne kept in touch with me! What a blessing that her hubby Ron showed up this morning to fix my leak, then went above and beyond to silicone seal every vent on my roof! He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable.

I recently bought a house that needed a roof inspection and some roof repairs. I looked around for a good roofer but had a hard time finding someone honest and affordable. A friend recommended me Kertland Roofing as his neighbor spoke very highly of them after a roof repair he had them do for him. I contacted them and had the pleasure of speaking with Ron and Suzanne. Even though I was outside of their service area, Ron still came over to my house and got on my roof to inspect it. He was honest with me and told me what repairs were necessary and did not try to upsell me on anything else. Suzanne sent over a proposal to fix the roof and I was blown away by the reasonable price. Ron and Suzanne sent over their crew shortly after and fixed my roof for much less than I originally expected it would cost. My roof looks great now and is in great shape. They make a great husband and wife team and I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest and good roofer that cares about their work and their customers. They even offered to come by for a follow up quality control check a week after the repair was made. I will always use them again for any future roof repairs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron, Suzanne and their team. I am so grateful I have Ron and his professional team. I got 5 estimates for my roof valley repair. Some of the contractors just gave me the quote without even get on the roof. Ron is the last bidder, he came on time, spent a half hour on my roof and tried to clean and fix my clogged roof valley during 1st site visit. As a professional engineer with 30 years experience in construction, I dealt with the contractors on a daily basis. I can tell right away this is the contractor I shall choose. Got an estimate next day and got on their schedule quickly, work is completed 3 days later. Installers were knowledgeable and professional. They are very reasonable in price. Overall, a 6 stars experience, out of 5 stars.

Had a leak over the weekend and called Kerkland as recommended by my community. Ron came by. Super nice honest guy. Inspected the roof, fixed only what he thought was wrong. Didn't try to sell me on anything. Highly recommend. Ron just gives that vibe of a real honest guy.

Listening to this morning's rain, here's a major shout out to Ron who stayed after dark yesterday to ensure we stayed dry today!!! And as soon as he finished our roof, he ran next door to inspect my neighbor's, as she had texted me an SOS when she saw him working. Great service and dedication!

I highly recommend Kertland Roofing! We bought a single-story home last year that we knew needed a new roof. We had used Kertland at our other house when we found a leak from a sky light we had installed in 2013. I called a number of roofers, but only Kertland (Mr. Ron Bombardier) would come out and see what was wrong. As mentioned in my 2017 review, Ron was exceedingly kind in fixing the leak. So Kertland was our obvious choice to replace the roof on our new home.

As all of you know, this has been a really wet year, so it took Ron some time to schedule the installation. But he and his teams did an outstanding job. Our neighbors have commented how quiet they were in pulling off the old roof, and how lovely the new roof looks. Ron knew that my wife is doing poorly and he made every effort to inform us when we should not be home due to the noise we would hear when they took the old roof off, etc. By the way, there were two roofs, the original wood shingle roof from 1962, and the asphalt shingles that were put over the old wood roof many years ago. During the installation, we had some rain and Ron made sure that the roof was water-proof while they completed the installation. The bottom line is we are super pleased with the results. Ron and his wife, Suzanne, are wonderful people who care about their customers. And Ron even scheduled a downpour the day after the roof was completed so we could see how good the roof was! Another 5 star job!!!!

Ron and Suzanne and the team at Kertland Roofing replaced our roof and did a great job through some trying times. It started raining after our old roof was torn off and we had a few places that leaked onto our ceiling inside. Ron came out a couple of times during the rain to re-cover the roof and stop the leaking. After the rains, Ron had a painter come in and repair the ceiling to as good as new. There were, of course no leaks after the roof was done. We had gutters put in, rain barrels added and it was completely signed off today. Nice dealing with all involved. Ron and Suzanne felt like family by the time we were done!

What a pleasure to work with this company! They took very seriously our needs regarding finances and scheduling. In both cases, they exceeded our expectations. Ours being a smaller job, we never felt like we weren't their top priority. As this is wettest winter in recent memory, we very much appreciate the extra attention Kertland provided. I have already recommended them to friends as I feel it would be hard to beat the service and attention they provide. Will be using them again for other work soon. Highly recommended!

Called and left a message with the answering service, did not hear from them so I called a 2nd time. This time the answering service said they would check with Suzanne and she called me back. She said she would check to see when someone could come out to give us an estimate. It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard from anyone yet!
