A giant piece of ice fell from a plane and made a hole in my roof!! I got estimates on the work and Ron's estimate was very reasonable. I asked about possible replacing part of my roof but unlike the other companies Ron informed us our roof lasted 60 years not 30 so that was not necessary. He is very professional and honest. Everything went smoothly. They were punctual and fast. We also got before and after pics of all the work done on the roof. I would recommend him to anyone.

A few years ago, an associate of mine referred me to call Suzanne at Kertland Roofing and I could not have been happier! My repairs were done as promised without any hiccups! I relocated and recently noticed that I had a single loose tile on my roof. I called and spoke to Suzanne and she promptly scheduled the repair. Ron took care of this while I was at work. You know that old saying, ""If you don't have anything good to say . .. .""? That's the reason I don't post reviews too often about contractors. But, Suzanne and Ron at Kertland Roofing are the rare exception. I had quite a bit of wood rot along a long sloping roof line and they came out and fixed it fast, did what appears to be an outstanding job, left the site spotless and all for a fair and reasonable price. I cannot over-emphasize how impressed I am with their work. Now, the only challenge is that since they do great work, they're in great demand. So, you have to be patient. If only the other contractors could model themselves after Kertland. . . .

Kertland roofing is several cuts above the rest. Ron and Suzanne are an awesome team, both very professional, reliable, reasonable, Honest! They have excellent communication. My experience was that they do what they say and say what they do. I will refer them to my friends and family. They fixed my leaky roof in 3 places and gave an honest assessment as to time left before total roof replacement.

Update: They called us and made a appointment for roof repair with apologies their late response since it was really busy season.

I called here one and half month ago for roofing things and receptionist said i would get return call within 24hours and they never called back more than month. So i called again make a appointment and then receptionist said again i will get return call within 24 hours I still waiting more than 4 days and still no return call. I do not know how much they are good at about roofing but not the customer service.

Suzanne and Ron Incredibly honest and professional.
Ok ok, I know looking for a roofer is a pain in the butt. Everybody's got a guy who did their mom's roof or something.
We've had a number of leaks with our skylight. Last year, we finally got the one fixed that was on one side of the skylight, but this year, we had another leak on the opposite side of the skylight. We called Kertland Roofing and we got a prompt call back from Suzanne. She had there Forman come out the next day, did a thorough review of our roof, and he had the repair done the same day! He finished the job in an hour and a half and even better - the fix worked! There have been two storms since the fix and it's held. We recommend them highly!!!They have incredible customer service.!!!! And included a 2year warranty.

Our family has used Kertland Roofing for many years now. They have always been punctual, easy to work with, and professional in their repairs and in how they treat their customers.

We've heard some horror stories about other roofing companies. In fact, our neighbors went with a company that left them pretty much high and dry. They had a tile roof and after the company was finished, our neighbors had more cracked tiles than they did before. Plus, it took them 3 weeks to finally come back and repair the damage they had done.

If you're looking for quality roofing work, from a new roof to repairs, you owe it to yourself to give Kertland a call. If you get Suzanne or Ron when you call, you will never interact with nicer, more friendly people.

After having bad luck with previous roofers, I decided to take the recommendation from Gina Moga, a very reputable real estate agent in the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. She has used Kertland Roofers in many of her properties and speaks highly of Ron and Suzanne and Kertland Roofers. I finally decided to call him and am I glad I did! Ron is a very honest and trustworthy man. His prices are very competitive. His workers, I found, are very experienced and work diligently and take pride in their work. They did an excellent job in removing all my tiles and replacing the asphalt felt liners and everything else that goes with that job. They don't believe that speed comes before accuracy. They took their time and did a complete and thorough job for which I am very pleased. I should have called him in the first place. I learned the hard way! Thank you, Ron and Suzanne! You're both great people! P.S. We just had a bad rain storm a couple of days ago with thunder and lightning and I think even hail and I'm glad to say that the roof passed the test. YAY! As a recommendation from our phenomenal real estate agent, Nancy Liu (who is a living legend in the Southern California real estate arena), I called and spoke to Suzanne to have some roof repairs done. Ron came out right away, provided an incredibly reasonable bid, and a two year warranty. The work was completed quickly but what sets Kertland Roofing apart is just the amazing service they provided.
