Ron and Suzanne and the team at Kertland Roofing replaced our roof and did a great job through some trying times. It started raining after our old roof was torn off and we had a few places that leaked onto our ceiling inside. Ron came out a couple of times during the rain to re-cover the roof and stop the leaking. After the rains, Ron had a painter come in and repair the ceiling to as good as new. There were, of course no leaks after the roof was done. We had gutters put in, rain barrels added and it was completely signed off today. Nice dealing with all involved. Ron and Suzanne felt like family by the time we were done!

What a pleasure to work with this company! They took very seriously our needs regarding finances and scheduling. In both cases, they exceeded our expectations. Ours being a smaller job, we never felt like we weren't their top priority. As this is wettest winter in recent memory, we very much appreciate the extra attention Kertland provided. I have already recommended them to friends as I feel it would be hard to beat the service and attention they provide. Will be using them again for other work soon. Highly recommended!

Called and left a message with the answering service, did not hear from them so I called a 2nd time. This time the answering service said they would check with Suzanne and she called me back. She said she would check to see when someone could come out to give us an estimate. It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard from anyone yet!

A giant piece of ice fell from a plane and made a hole in my roof!! I got estimates on the work and Ron's estimate was very reasonable. I asked about possible replacing part of my roof but unlike the other companies Ron informed us our roof lasted 60 years not 30 so that was not necessary. He is very professional and honest. Everything went smoothly. They were punctual and fast. We also got before and after pics of all the work done on the roof. I would recommend him to anyone.

A few years ago, an associate of mine referred me to call Suzanne at Kertland Roofing and I could not have been happier! My repairs were done as promised without any hiccups! I relocated and recently noticed that I had a single loose tile on my roof. I called and spoke to Suzanne and she promptly scheduled the repair. Ron took care of this while I was at work. You know that old saying, ""If you don't have anything good to say . .. .""? That's the reason I don't post reviews too often about contractors. But, Suzanne and Ron at Kertland Roofing are the rare exception. I had quite a bit of wood rot along a long sloping roof line and they came out and fixed it fast, did what appears to be an outstanding job, left the site spotless and all for a fair and reasonable price. I cannot over-emphasize how impressed I am with their work. Now, the only challenge is that since they do great work, they're in great demand. So, you have to be patient. If only the other contractors could model themselves after Kertland. . . .

Kertland roofing is several cuts above the rest. Ron and Suzanne are an awesome team, both very professional, reliable, reasonable, Honest! They have excellent communication. My experience was that they do what they say and say what they do. I will refer them to my friends and family. They fixed my leaky roof in 3 places and gave an honest assessment as to time left before total roof replacement.

Update: They called us and made a appointment for roof repair with apologies their late response since it was really busy season.
They did really good job. And resonable fair



I called here one and half month ago for roofing things and receptionist said i would get return call within 24hours and they never called back more than month. So i called again make a appointment and then receptionist said again i will get return call within 24 hours I still waiting more than 4 days and still no return call. I do not know how much they are good at about roofing but not the customer service.

Suzanne and Ron Incredibly honest and professional.
Ok ok, I know looking for a roofer is a pain in the butt. Everybody's got a guy who did their mom's roof or something.
We've had a number of leaks with our skylight. Last year, we finally got the one fixed that was on one side of the skylight, but this year, we had another leak on the opposite side of the skylight. We called Kertland Roofing and we got a prompt call back from Suzanne. She had there Forman come out the next day, did a thorough review of our roof, and he had the repair done the same day! He finished the job in an hour and a half and even better - the fix worked! There have been two storms since the fix and it's held. We recommend them highly!!!They have incredible customer service.!!!! And included a 2year warranty.
