I just want to apologize first for waiting a couple of days before entering a few words. (But Wow). This is a one stop shop! These folks mean business when they show up with a game plan. Multiple teams with multiple mind sets and a goal of making you feel like your getting the best in the business. With in a few short days these folks removed the old roof, placed a new one, added additional vents and plywood along with new seem less gutters. One great organization with Leadership.

All around positive experience through Robbie and his wife, Anne. The entire southern side/exposure of our roofline had no rain gutter, and the resulting damage over the years was beyond evident! Very pleased with the color match, quality of product, and dedicated crew. Will be calling them again in the future. Highly recommend =)

I feel compelled to write a current yelp review for Kerr roofing after reading previous reviews for this company. There are too many people that LOVE to slam businesses on Yelp!
We just had our roof replaced by them in Arnold. I had no communication problems with them. Anne either emailed me or called me back quickly. We had a tree fall on our roof last year, leaving a new ""skylight"" in our dining room. It was repaired and covered by someone else to get us through the extended snow season. Believe me, I was quite anxious to get our roof replaced quickly and Anne was gracious with me!
Robbie came out and quickly gave us a bid. We did have to wait several months for the installation, but that was no fault of Kerr roofing. Every roofer in this area has more business than humanly possible to handle in the time frame they have to work with. Weather and smoke this year made things worse for them. Robbie called me regarding installation, explained making our cricket on the roof larger, and having to replace several rotten pieces of plywood. I appreciate the information!

They have more work than they can handle and it shows in their customer service. There needs to be more roofing competition in this area.

Kerr roofing has been taking care of all my roofing needs for over 20 years. Everything from advice to service calls to new construction. These guys will get it done right the first time.

Don't bother if you want a timely response. Customer Service Sucks. We called in March 2019 for a bid on some roof repair (leaking) for a metal roof that they had installed several years earlier. They said that they'd come after the snow cleared, so we called again in May. They finally showed up to review the conditions and said they'd get back to us within a week. Many calls later (we checked every few weeks) and we finally got the ""proposal"" today (Sept. 4, 2019) which states that they can not do the work before the end of the year.

Now we are starting the process over with another firm. I am not sure why they treat former and potential customers with such disdain. If they couldn't do the work, they really could have stated that up front. What a waste of time. If there were a Zero Stars option, I would have chosen that.

Called Kerr roofing for a quote on 3 building/homes on my property. Robbie arrived on April 4, 2018 to review work and promised a quote within a weeks time.

After 6+ weeks with no response to my phone calls or receiving a quote. (in the meantime 4 other vendors came out and got me quotes) I emailed them a on June 20th and got a reply from Anne Kerr on the 21st saying I would have a quote from Robbie by the next Monday.

No quote was received.

Email again on July 10 and called - no response.

Sent email on July 25th, again asking for a quote. I get a reply on July 26th saying ""Sorry - booked into next year"" Still no quote and I don't even need the work done until 2019 (Robbie knew this).

They have poor customer service, very bad response times. If they are this busy and do not need new business they should not have wasted their time and mine coming out to do a quote in the first place.

Top rated by word of mouth, locally. As an experienced and licensed solar contractor I can say, Robbie is the best. He has a large backlog due to his very high quality work but worth the wait, after all he builds to last.

We've used Kerr roofing a couple of times for our two houses in Twain Harte, and we've been very happy with them. They came when they said they would, did a great job, and reasonably priced.
