The neighbors across the street used this company to get their roof re-done. They told me they were very happy with the job overall: price, quality, expediency in completing, etc.

Based on quotes we got after the fact, I am satisfied that my father paid a fair price. The roof *did* need replacing, and we had to sell the house shortly after the job was done. Having a new, quality roof in place was a great boon for the sale, I'm sure.

Ultimately, I think we got lucky because Kern Home Improvement did right by my father.

- Initially, they were hard to contact via phone: voicemails went unanswered for at least a week.
- They kindly rescheduled until my uncle was available during the week the job was taking place.
- Finished product looked great.
