Real Gentleman. We had leak in my daughters room. He came promptly on time and told us what the issues were. Apparently there was a crack on the wall and when it rains heavily water was going into the room. He temporarily fixed the issue and he didn't even charge anything although I offerered him money for atleast his gas and time.

You can rarely find people like him despite the fact the previous contractor we had to deal with was a crook and insurance fraud!

The team came out and fixed a roof leak. Based on the description and location of the leak, they identified the bathroom vents as the source and provided pictures of the problem. (Bathroom vents did not require grommets when the roof was replaced in 2002.) No leaks since
after 10+ inches of rain..

Most important part, Kent roofing was available when almost no one else would return phone calls or were booked 4 or more months in advance.

We had a roof leak. Sam came out the same day I called to take a look and put together an estimate. It took a week before they could schedule the repair, but the work was done very quickly and the results look great. Particularly at a time when so many companies won't even bother to return your call for a small repair job, these guys were great.

The despatcher said they would have someone there right away to evaluate the situation and take care of the problem. Within 15 minutes the Kent Roofing truck was in front of the house.
They quickly determined what needed to be done and completed the repairs.

After several attempts at fixing my roof water was still leaking into my bedroom at 1:30 am in the morning. I then left a message and typed my review on yelp and the owner came to my house at 2:30 am to tarp the area that was leaking. He profusely apologized and made good on the repairs the next following morning, and assured me that he will take care of me.

I saw their truck across the street and walked over to ask about getting a quote. Jonathan and Sam came over to check out my roof and was able to email an itemized quote for materials and labor for my roof and gutters from his Ipad in just a few minutes. I kinda took a while to get back to them because it was still summer and the rainy season seemed far away. Anyway when I finally called back I was able to pay my deposit over the phone to get my job scheduled. I guess they had a spot in their schedule so they were able to get me in pretty quick. They drove me around showing me roofs they did in my neighborhood and pointed out the colors of all the roofs in my neighborhood to help me choose the color. They tore off and replaced the roof and gutters in 3 days. My roof looked great! When Jonathan came to do an inspection and make sure everything was ok, I told him I was still finding nails in my yard so he and Sam swept my yard again with magnets to get any nails and bits of shingles left behind and also did some touch up painting on the wood repairs to the roof. He also offered a me a discount because he wanted me to be 100% satisfied. They did a great job on the roof and also with their follow up after the job was done. I would highly recommend Kent Roofing Company to anyone looking to hire a company that takes pride in their work. Great job Jonathan! Thanks
