Wow is all my wife and I can say about Sean Kenney Roofing. Due to the recent heavy rains, our roof sprung a leak that fed into my home office, ruining the carpet and the walls. We had a water mitigation company fix those things, but as for the roof, Sean was referred to us and he came over, inspected the roof, and he and his team quickly took action to fix the leaks. Sean did a great job, was very, very courteous and let us know exactly what was needed, what time they would be there, and I just can't say enough good things about him. Apparently he took over the business from his dad and I would recommend this young man to anyone who needs anything done on their roof.

Sean and his crew just finished a huge 2 day repair on the back section of my house that included a sky light. Sean went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and make sure I was pleased with his work. They left my back yard spot less and did more then what was stated in the contract. Sean Kenney has done two roof jobs for us. He did our house a couple of years ago and a detached 4 car garage this week. He and his crew put on new 2 new wind turbines and 4 skylights on the garage job. I've know his father a long time who started the business in the 80's(?) and Sean has carried on with the same level of superior customer service, fair pricing and outstanding workmanship. He was trained right. They show up, get the work done in a timely fashion and clean up after each day of work. Consider them for all your roofing needs. He will not oversell or try to do any unnecessary work. Give him a shot at all your roofing work.

I got a fair quote for repairing the leaks in my patio roof. They were on time and finished the job on time. They replaced the water damaged wood and insisted on painting the new wood themselves, saving me a lot of time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was referred to Sean (owner) from a family friend when my rental in Chula Vista had a leak in the roof during a rainy storm. Sean was hired through the homeowners association where I live.
After the first repairs on my leaking roof and extremely large leaking skylight were done by a different company, Sean called and soon arrived to save the day!!!
Sean was punctual, courteous, considerate, educated and certainly well versed and communicative on the topic of leaky roofs and skylights. Sean, also, was very kind and friendly. Thank you Sean!!
Sean always removed his shoes before entering my house which was extremely considerate and very much appreciated. He actively searched for all of the areas I told him I thought might be leaking and he found mine and many more leaky areas, also.
Sean would follow up in a weeks time to see if anything ""sprouted"" after the repair had been done. He always checked his work and he was always available if I needed to speak to him.
I would highly recommend Sean Kenney for roofing jobs as long as he is not working at my house!

The price was great, they worked hard and were extremely nice, and we received a 3-year guarantee for the work. My grandparents had a lot of remodeling done to their house, including 2 skylight installations. The original company did not install them right and during heavy rains they would leak. I was refferred to Sean and was very satisfied with his companies work. Punctual, Profesional, and incredibly friendly.

A few months later another leak had sprung from a different part of the house, he came right over and patched it up no cost. He has even called to check in with my grandparents and make sure everything is in good shape.
