I hired them 5 years ago for new roof, but after 3 years start leaking.
I am very upset. Spent lots of money.

This roofing company was hired by the previous owner of this home to make a repair. They were provided pictures of what needed to be fixed in order for my insurance company to insure the home. They came and charged that owner almost $700. I was assured that it had been fixed and if it wasn't they would come back. I got the keys to my new home and went to check the repair it was not repaired. I informed my agent the repair was not done. She called the other realtor who said I needed to call the roofing company. I called and they said they would come over that afternoon, I waited around with no clue when they would show up. They never showed up I called a couple days later and they said they would show up in two days at 3:30 I made sure I was at the house starting at 2:00. Again no shows. Since then I have left several msgs and so has my realtor. It's now raining and the roof is not repaired and is leaking. I would not recommend this company.

After calling several companies in the area I was impressed by the follow up by Mr Jackson, he made an appointment to come look at the property, and he was on time, he gave us a fair price and a week later we have our new metal roof. He was on time, and completed the job in less than two days. We now have a beautiful metal roof which compliments the house and are very pleased with the professional service provided by Mr Jackson and the clean up of our yard when he was done. Thank you. Recently hired Kenneth Jackson to replace our roof after a friend recommended him. His bid came in $8,000 less than another quote we had gotten using the same shingles and materials! He and his crew were professional and capable. They worked pretty much sun up to sun down. The job was completed quickly and well. A home inspector friend of ours came out to take a look at their work mid-job and was pleased. We wholeheartedly recommend Kenneth Jackson. We'd hire him again should the need ever arise.

Mr. Jackson came out the same day we called about a possible leaking roof. He gave a fair estimate and was able to do the repairs that day. He also inspected the roof and took pictures of the areas he felt needed work. His workers were polite and were professional. Work was completed on time. I would recommend Mr. Jackson to anyone.
