They were a no show. I bought house that was roofed by them and the warranty transferred over to me when I purchased the house. I am having an issue and I wanted them to come out and take look, they said they would be out monday afternoon, so I made arrangements with my work to be around for them to stop by, called them in the morning to confirm, and then they never showed up. Now their phone goes straight to voicemail which is full. How professional... and they wasted my time. So much for that ""warranty.""

We researched and got multiple quotes...Not only did Kennedy Roofing give us the best service and value but gave us the truth about what really WAS and WAS NOT required....Great pricing and superb service. We had a unique, 1910 North Park bungalow with multiple old roofs that needed removal before the new roof could be placed. Excellent cleanup daily as work was proceeding and wonderful workers. All work completed within the timeframe promised.

We had observed Kennedy doing roof work for our neighbor and asked Bill by for an estimate to re-roof our 100 year old historic home. Bill was very professional and his estimate came in well under other estimates we had received. The work was done on time and exactly on estimate. Their crew was professional, and Myron and Luke, leaders of the crew, were helpful and courteous. Our general contractor went up on the roof to inspect their work, and was impressed with what he saw and with their quote. He plans on using them for future jobs, too.

This might sound strange, but I had no work done by this company. I have however had the pleasure of watching them work all this week on a building right across the street from me.

They have worked from 7 am to 5 pm for the last six days. They only stop for lunch. They are not loud. They are respectful of the neighbor's. I have seen a lot of roofing done in my neighborhood over the last fifty years. The work is very, very good. I have not seen one shortcut. They have not left a mess behind any of the days. Good workers that work well together.

If I ever need roofing done, or have to recommend a roofing company it will be them!

I met with Bill at my unit in SMB and spent quite some time discussing the leaks and possible solutions. Bill left with the promise to email me the quote in 3 days but I had not received it. I called him on the 3rd day and he promised again to send me the quote that day but here it is 2 more days later and still no quote. I may have given him 5 stars for the work because he seemed very knowledgeable but who knows now?

This place just gave me the run around. I have been calling them and asking them to finish the second part of the properties roof and I just keep getting ""I was on vacation and I will send you an estimate."" They did a good job on the first part but I have no idea why they are giving me the run around. Just be straight up and say no you can't do it or don't want to do it.

So I finally received a call back this morning and the owner was really apologetic for not responding so I'm giving him another chance for doing a pretty good job on the first portion of the building. I will give more stars if the job good when completed. The job is well done and Myron is awesome. Did a a very good job on the roof! Will hire again when needed.

I was told about him as a referral from a friend who had some work done a while ago and was excited to work with him. He seemed pretty nice but a bit of a know it all. I don't know if there was some communication problems between us, but he was not getting what I wanted and didn't seem to want to listen to me. He seemed like he was a nice guy but unfortunately things did not turn out as well as I would have liked.

Very impressed with Bill. I purchased an older home and am unsure of what is a current problem and what is damage from an older roof issue. I called Kennedy Roofing to help me determine if I had a problem. I spoke with Bill and he fit me into his schedule the next day. He examined the possible problem and told me it is most likely older damage, but to check on it during the next heavy rain. He quoted me what I consider to be a reasonable price if the repair needed to be completed at a later date. He did not try to scare me into making a repair that he considered unnecessary, at this point. Great customer service!! Will definitely call the company again if I have any problem.

This was a painless, reasonable experience with a contractor. I had 3 bids and this was the last and least expensive of all, so I had a lot of questions based on the first two bids. Everything the other bids covered, I asked about and were also covered. Been burned before, so I was skeptical. But Bill K. is a bit of a roofing nerd, takes his business very seriously and gave me a roofing 101 course. He 'forced' me to look at the samples on the roof itself to determine color, I am glad I did, as I would have chosen otherwise if I did it my way. The job took the 2 days as promised and everything seemed to be done in order. He again 'made' me walk through and pointed out everything the bid mentioned and how the whole roof system worked.
More than I wanted to know, but I am again happy I did.

I would recommend this guy.
