When our church needed a new roof on our 4000 sf office/classroom flat-roof building, we got bids from 5 roofers. Kennedy was not only low bidder, he gave us good advice in the bidding process. We have a year-round preschool in that building, and Kennedy agreed to work around their schedule.

Foreman Myron and crew were friendly and professional and worked hard during the hot weather. They kept the job-site spic & span.

It's really upsetting and disappointing that when you get an offer on the roof they include and promise you all these things including wind mitigation inspection and then once the sale is done and they finish your roof. They leave you with no communication. Then you have to go out your way and call even from the beginning. No callbacks are ever kept to promise. Then the promises that they made were never true. I rather you tell me what I have and not lie about what's included in my package. I'm a first time young homeowner and it's saddens me that we get taken advantage of instead of educated. Please do not trust this company. I do not recommend to anyone. Shop else were for your roof. It's never good to put someone who's already in a bad situation and screw them over. It's sad.

I highly recommend Kennedy Roofing. They completely saved us the day before Thanksgiving when no other roofing company was available. We had a bad leak in our roof and the water was coming into our kitchen. We put a call into them and they immediately came out to fix it. They were extremely polite, quick and left our backyard spotless. I can't recommend them enough!!

One of the properties we manage had a roof leak and we called around for estimates. This company's pricing is very reasonable although not the cheapest, but they came recommended so we awarded the contract to them.

Bill the owner sent 2 guys to do the work and they were very nice skillful and hardworking. You can tell they have done this a million times and knew what they were doing. After 2.5 days of work they finished the job: redid a section of the roof. It looked really good and our GC also affirmed that they did a good job.

Overall a very good experience.

Pro tip: skilled roofers are busy, like this crew. Sometimes they are not able to come immediately due to other jobs, you may have a wait several days. Personally I would not hire a roofer that's just sitting around all day with no business.

Kennedy roofing was the sub-contractor for an addition at our home approximately 4 years ago. They did a great job back then and had to tie in a new shingle roof into an existing roof. We could barely tell the difference. Over the last four years we've had zero issues.

I contacted them on Monday to get some dormer vents installed on our old roof as we have very inadequate ventilation and we are planning on getting a whole house fan. A crew was here first thing today to get the installation done. They installed three dormer vents and did a fantastic job. Furthermore, they were courteous, professional and clean. Besides the new vents you could not tell they were here. The price for the install was also very reasonable.

I would definitely recommend them based on my experiences.

If you are looking for something to be completed with a deadline or timely manner, do not use this company. I have had an appointment for my roof for over a week with him and he scheduled me for today, Friday. I called yesterday, and the day before to make sure he was coming and Bill said yes. I just received a phone call from his assistant that he has to cancel because he is up north, 1 hour before the appointment started. At this point Bill is unreachable. This was a huge waste of time. Nice guy, bad businessman

Fix my business roof 4-5 years ago, and keep leaking ever since last 3 winters, called him a month ago he told me he will come to check the roof in two hour, never heard from him again, called him again never answer and his mail box is full

They were a no show. I bought house that was roofed by them and the warranty transferred over to me when I purchased the house. I am having an issue and I wanted them to come out and take look, they said they would be out monday afternoon, so I made arrangements with my work to be around for them to stop by, called them in the morning to confirm, and then they never showed up. Now their phone goes straight to voicemail which is full. How professional... and they wasted my time. So much for that ""warranty.""
