We were in the market for a new roof and Ken was on time with all appointments, explained things clearly, responded super fast to all inquiries, and even added an extra vent day of on request. This review is long overdue, but perhaps more meaningful? After trying to unsuccessfully sell our house early in 2019, we decided to do some major renovations -- including over 20 new windows, sliders and a custom french door. After meeting with several different companies, doing a lot of research, and getting multiple quotes, we ended up hiring Kenco Remodeling, and I have to say that a year later I couldn't be happier with our decision.

Although their pricing was highly competitive (which was part of the decision), what really sold us was their attention to detail, their efficiency, and professionalism. They were easy to deal with, friendly, showed up when they said they would and delivered on time & on budget. Quality of product, price and professionalism were exactly what I wanted, and I love the windows and doors. These things are solid and look awesome! I've had them come out only once, but that was to price out another french door that I *should* have replaced the first time around. Installation took place over two days and was pretty easy. Artie and Alex knew what they were doing and we haven't had any problems since. Totally happy with the Anlin line of products and thoroughly satisfied with Kenco Remodeling. Not only would I use them again -- I have! Thank you Ken, Mike, Arty and Alex, well done.

We did a complete remodel on our home we just purchased. Kenco did the windows, sliding doors and repairs. We are happy to give Kenco a big Woohoo and 5 stars. The stucco color didn't match at first but they came back several times until it was PERFECT! They have a great work ethic and customer service. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Takes several long attempts to complete the Job correctly. Installed window leaked, the existing windows leaked after being re-caulked once. Very frustrating.

The people are awesome. Ken T the sales person, Ken M the project manager and Charlie the foreman on the job
They are very professional easy to get along with and will help by listening to what you want and making suggestions. We had made some changes as construction was progressing . Contractors don't like change orders in the middle of a job. Kenco is probably the same but they sure didn't act like it. They did them with no complaining and made suggestions to help with those changes. They suggested dimmers on the recessed lights, a shelf for the microwave to get it off the counter, a different way to layout the backsplash, they helped with the layout of the new floor
we had placed throughout the whole house and more items.
They helped us with new fencing by suggesting ""The Fence Company"". Mike and his company did a fantastic job with our custom fence. They made a few trips to our house to see what we wanted replaced and measuring the property. Our property is next to a HOA brick wall. The HOA would not let us extend the brick wall
Mike and his crew helped us make a decision as what to do to protect our property since we do have a pool and need to secure the back yard for safety reasons. The installed new vinyl fencing in the back, side and front. The fence is awesome. We won't have to worry about replacing it for years to come
