Ken Smith Roofing of Lafayette recently repaired a section of our roof that had dry rot. He inspected the roof and explained what he would do to repair it. He also noticed that the
developer had not installed fascia and drainage channels, as appropriate, leading to our current issues. Even though he added more tasks to the job, his estimate was very competitive and far lower than the others we received. He and his crew did an excellent job, worked quickly, and left the site clean. We are very pleased and recommend him.
