Ken Cooper's phenomenal team finished replacing roof, gutters, and downspouts on Friday. The crew worked ferociously to get the work done (and right) in just 3 days between storms. Despite the fact we are just one house among the many they work on each year, while they worked on the house it was clear we were their primary focus. The foreman did a great job problem-solving and Ken went waaaaaay beyond the extra mile to make up for a mess-up I'd made during the bidding process. The crew was punctual, polite, and focused. The warranties are above average, with good materials. The final inspection was a snap yesterday -- the inspector even shared it always what he finds with this roofing company. As a result we have a lovely, insulated, and well functioning top to the house . It's been a delight to put the buckets away .

Ken and Kyle Cooper did a fantastic job installing a new roof and gutters on my home. Because I originally had Dutch style gutters, water would always collect on the roof, causing dry rot to the fascia and soffit, and water damage to some of my interior walls.

Well, all those problems are gone now! They removed the old tar and gravel roof and replaced it with shingles. And they cut down the fascia boards so they could install more traditional gutters.

Of course, with any job this big, I was always a bit nervous. But they explained everything clearly to me up front, and they gave me frequent updates on the progress.

With competitive prices and excellent communication, I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you once again!

Ken Cooper Roofing and Gutter Systems has done extensive work on our home including tarring our roof and restoring a Spanish tile section. Most recently, they repaired a faulty gutter transition, cleaned the downspouts, and installed foam gutter protectors. In my history with Ken Cooper, their pricing has been fair - not the least expensive, nor the most expensive. I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and approach to maintaining our roof and gutters. I typically read other reviews prior to posting - I am curious if some of the criticisms of other posters can be explained.

When our roof was tarred, they explained the different available products and options. I was not encouraged or coerced to select the most expensive option. Since the installation approximately four years ago, we have not experienced a single problem. When we observed a gutter malfunction that was unrelated to their work, they explained the probable cause and addressed this issue. At that juncture, they could have proposed an more expensive solution but instead suggested the most reasonable repair.

Typically, when I contact the office, I am greeted by voice mail, but receive a call back within 24 hours. Recently, they have been extremely busy and available several months in the future for projects. The importance of this observation is that the job is completed correctly the first time, apparently due to using a skilled but limited number of workers.

I trust their work based upon extensive experience. Yes, there does not appear to be an office assistant to answer phones, at least on the gutter side. But, this is not a priority for me. Finally, they are extremely careful not to damage surrounding vegetation or the home. For these reasons, I have been very pleased with their work and professionalism.
