I know right after a hurricane everybody is busy. I had roof damage and I called Kelly Roofing. They don't answer phones now. They demanded a credit card number and said the charge would be for a replacement estimate and emergency repair. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email I never received one. They said if I had any questions to call or email. As I said they don't answer phones now nor do they respond to emails.

Kelly did repairs on my roof right before i closed on the purchase of my new home. Since June 5, 2017, I have been trying to get them to fix the damaged gutters from their ladders for 4 months now. It took them a week to respond to my message. They don't answer their phones and it takes a few days to return phone calls. What is crazy is my realtor said they have a great reputation but i haven't seen it. They have had a crew out here 5 times over 4 months and still have yet to correctly seal between my gutter and the splash guard. They have fixed 2 of the three damaged areas. They must be slammed with new business for them to run it like this and still be in business. The owner or at least the person who manages the yelp page usually takes time to publicaly respond to my yelp complaint and claim the rain is the issue with the schedule. They should call me and get someone that can fix the issues. Now they have had 5 attempts without rain and still not fixed? Look in the ""pictures"" section and you will see my home with the ladder leaning against the gutter and another with a closeup of the gutter leaking. Call the phone number for Kelly and if they don't have the time to answer they probably won't take the time to fix things they do wrong just like in my situation.

Do not use this company. The company sales team will tell you any lie they believe will get you to sign a contract. Then the work crew will do whatever they think is the easiest and fastest way to ""complete"" the job. Quality of workmanship doesn't matter to them. When you question them about what is going on, all of a sudden, their comprehension of English becomes very poor. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

Run!! This company does not honor their warranties. They are very deceptive and dishonest and the quality of their work is extremely poor.

Based on the over price job they did for me and the leak they claimed first was from poor workmanship they then said the leak was from another place on my roof. They left my tiles and a bucket on the roof for over a month and if I did not email them they would never have asked to complete the job. Since their poor work I have had 5 roofers bid on my new full roof and they all agreed I was overcharged (My fault) and the job was done wrong. I sent pictures to the manufacture of the product they used and even they said the did not tie the roof in correctly to the pitch. They do not stand behind their work and if you suffer any damage to to their poor workmanship they will not repair however, every other roofer said they do. I would never let them do work for me and this will also be at the BBB. Buyer beware with Kelly Roofing

Amazing how bad an experience we had this past year with this company after using them again because they were very good the first time we called, several years ago.

Just found out we're being sued for withholding payment when they were overpaid if anything. Damage to house while putting on new roof, trouble getting them to repair it, and no written itemization mailed to show discrepancies. Roof looks ok, but definitely wouldn't use them again.

Having a roof repaired by Kelly Roofing is one of the worst experiences of my life. My father passed away and I needed to have his roof repaired to sell his house. My real estate agent recommended Kelly Roofing, he had a good experience. My friend is a home inspector and photographed the repairs. They were shoddy at best. I still could not tell you who my go to person was, I received emails from Vicki who could not spell my name even after attempts to email her 5 times to correct it, I received emails from Ricardo who does not know proper English - he sent me emails - job is finished - which it was not. They did not even look at the garage which was leaking so they had to do it as an add on - more money of course. There was another add on for an additional $2800.00. All of the repairs looked like a 2 year old did them. Joe Kelly Sr. called me and asked how the job was and I told him my problems - he said he would follow up and never did. This whole ordeal went on for several months. I finally demanded a letter stating that the repairs would pass inspection when the house sells before I would pay them the remainder. They did and I paid them, but I would NEVER recommend you use this company. If I knew how to post pictures for you, I would.

I was a satisfied past customer until my 4 year old roof started leaking from an unknown cause. They would not honor the warranty and wanted almost $1000 to fix a 10x10 area. It also took them 6 weeks to come to this conclusion during rainy season. I am looking for another roofer who stands behind the product and offers timely customer service.

Kelly Roofing has performed two roof repairs for us with satisfaction. An estimate with photographs was given to us and as work was performed,photos were shown to us to help us understand the repair. Courteous, prompt workers. Payment options explained and follow up inquiry received. Would totally recommend Kelly Roofing to repair your roof.

I had Kelly JR out to my condo , I was referred by Velux skylights. Well they came at the appointment time, said he'd write me up an estimate, never heard back. I called to remind now 1.5 weeks after reminder call still nothing. Seems like most of these companies in FL are similar, come by then never hear from again. I guess they all have enough work to lose good clients.
