Kelly Roofing just completed another job for us and we couldn't be more pleased. From our first contact with Dimitri our project manager to our contacts with Miltons crew, everything was perfect. After the job was done there was a call from Jorge the project supervisor to make sure we were happy.
Everyone explained what they were doing, did it right and on time. There are no surprises with Kelly and we wouldn't consider using another company for our roofing needs.

We had Kelly Roofing install a new roof after hurricane Irma. As part of their process, they do a re-inspection at the 2-year ""roofversary"". During the inspection, I pointed out a suspected leak on an exterior wall that was determined to stem from the chimney. Not only did they caulk up the leak in the chimney, they identified a potential issue with the roofing (unrelated to the leak in the chimney) that may give us problems down the road and a crew is coming to fix that as well - all free of charge under the warranty of the roof. I never would've known about this problem and it might not have reared it's ugly head until long after the warranty expired. Demitri Lahanas was the project manager who came out and identified it and was very up front and proactive about getting this resolved BEFORE it became a problem. I am very impressed with his honesty, professionalism, and integrity. Would highly recommend him and his team!

I have had Cara provide work on my roof 3 times now and she is professional and thorough (Inspection prior to purchase, needed repairs, solar panel removal). I have been very satisfied with them which is why I keep returning. I found their communication excellent with photos or videos of all work performed.

This company is COMPLETELY unethical...do NOT use them!
Kelly Roofing did a repair on my roof....$7,400 and knocked a hole in the roof and wants ME to pay them for the repair. In addition, Kelly's estimator did not notice a major leak around the eaves, and now says it was ""unfortunate"" that it was not repaired with the rest of the roof repairs. The responsible person is no longer with the company and they will not stand behind his promises.

Don't use this company. My roof started leaking after four years. They came out and said there were places is in that we not done correctly they would make repairs. They never called back I went to the company and Joe Kelly came out and said he looked at their pictures they took and said it was hurricane damage from three years ago. How did he determine that with pictures. Especially since it's a flat rubber roof My contract says they use treated lumber and all of the boards are rotting and leaking. Under the gutters. Less than four years later! They said they would be happy to come out and quote me on a new roof!

So unhappy with entire experience. took 6 months from contract to final inspection. Covered my outdoor plants with plastic in the August hot heat and burned them up. 4 months of no return calls! Inspection failed, I called because hurricane weather was coming, to ask if roof was going to be okay through storm....no return call. They put shingles on without proper inspection, had to wait for them to hire an engineer to inspect and send proper report to city (which took 2 1/2 months). Receive final inspection on Thursday and the next day I receive notice of Intent to Lien....they said substantial work was completed and they wanted balance of $4,106....WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY.

Hired them to put suntubes in my home in August 2020. The first 3 went in correctly the 4th one they cut the hole too big. Had to wait for someone else to come and correct the error. This was after many phone calls to the office. After that they expected US to paint the ceiling where they had to add sheetrock. They agreed to repaint the ceiling, told them exactly what color and bought whatever cheap paint. Needless to say it didn't match. Had them come back because they didn't do something right on the roof, and to repaint. Again the wrong color. We set appointments 4 different times, finally in November 2020 someone finally came to paint the ceiling. Meanwhile they put a lein on our home because we wouldnt pay until the job was done. Today 12/10/20 they have not removed the lein. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have installed the same skylight twice and it is literally falling out of the ceiling into our home the day after installation. We have an infant that was literally crawling underneath it as it started to fall out. They performed the work without having an approved permit from the county. They didn't tell the contractor about the project until after the skylights were installed (per the contractor). Which created a 2 week delay to finish the project. Contractor was great by the way. 10/10 would recommend Geoff the contractor.

NEW (11/10/20): went to clean bird poop off the skylight and found one skylight not secured. The bottom screws were not installed and left to sit on the roof. This will now be the FOURTH time they come out for the skylights. See photos
