I had Dimitri come to assess my tile roof and give me options to think about. He was very knowledgeable, did a superb inspection and showed me a video he took of the entire roof and gave me options.
His presentation was straight forward, easy to understand and backed up by the video he took. He answered all my questions.

Kelly Roofing did my parents roof. They were quick, clean and thourogh. They showed up when they said they would and they were finished before they originally estimated. I have two dogs that bark at the slightest noise and you couldnt even really tell they were up there. At the time I worked nights and i sleep during the day. I barely heard them and niether did my dogs. When they were done they picked up all the nails around the house using a magnet. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a small roof repair to an entire new roof. The owners are very hands on the sales guy was very knowlegable it was never an issue getting ahold of the project administrator and the supervisor was very friendly and responsive. If you have any roof issues please call Kelly Roofing you won't be dissappointed.

This is the only space where I found the owner responding to customer concerns. I am asking the owner to contact me.

Clearly, I am not happy with my Tesla Solar Roof Installation or performance. I have attempted to contact Mr. Kelly several times, but he is completely unavailable.

Before I post my final review, I want to discuss matters with him personally. Should that happen I will update this review.

Terrible experience with this company. Removed the tile roof from my home before they had materials to replace it. Took two months to complete repair. Meanwhile roof leaked in every room in my home and in the garage and my insurance was canceled because I did not have a roof. Replacement insurance cost twice what renewal would have cost. Also drove trucks on my lawn causing ruts. And gave me the run around for months. Don't believe the hype. Not a good company.

Recently I had contracted Tesla to install 3 powerwalls in my home. Unfortunately half way through the initial process I was informed that Tesla could not complete the installation due to that that my home was out of their territory.

Telsa informed me that if I wanted to move forward with getting my project completed I would have to go through a Tesla certified installer. So I contacted Kelly roofing that is Tesla certified and had a appointment scheduled.

I want to be clear that the customer service through Kelly roofing was very good. Both employees I spoke to were polite and answered all my questions. This is why alone that I choose to leave 2 stars instead of 1

On March 18 2022 I spoke with a Kelly roofing Employee and was notified that to order and install the 3 Tesla powerwalls I wanted it would cost me $45,000. I explained to the Kelly Roofing employee that my contract with Tesla was $24,810 so why is it going to cost me the consumer $20,000 more? I understand Kelly roofing is a third party that has to make profit but to overcharge customers by 20 thousand dollars seems ridiculous. Tesla charges $7000 per Powerwall, yet Kelly Roofing wants $15000 for the first Powerwall and $12500 for each additional wall. This is obviously price gouging at its finest.

I have learned first had through the process of obtaining solar on my roof (not by Kelly Roofing) that going green is not by any means affordable. The main reason for this is because of companies like Kelly roofing that seem to not care about overcharging the consumer on products that cost a 3rd of what they charge. Not only is this a terrible way to do business but it pushes away future home owners on the benefits of going green by installing solar and whole home battery systems.

Kelly Roofing just completed another job for us and we couldn't be more pleased. From our first contact with Dimitri our project manager to our contacts with Miltons crew, everything was perfect. After the job was done there was a call from Jorge the project supervisor to make sure we were happy.
Everyone explained what they were doing, did it right and on time. There are no surprises with Kelly and we wouldn't consider using another company for our roofing needs.

We had Kelly Roofing install a new roof after hurricane Irma. As part of their process, they do a re-inspection at the 2-year ""roofversary"". During the inspection, I pointed out a suspected leak on an exterior wall that was determined to stem from the chimney. Not only did they caulk up the leak in the chimney, they identified a potential issue with the roofing (unrelated to the leak in the chimney) that may give us problems down the road and a crew is coming to fix that as well - all free of charge under the warranty of the roof. I never would've known about this problem and it might not have reared it's ugly head until long after the warranty expired. Demitri Lahanas was the project manager who came out and identified it and was very up front and proactive about getting this resolved BEFORE it became a problem. I am very impressed with his honesty, professionalism, and integrity. Would highly recommend him and his team!
