This is a follow-up to my earlier review. I had gutter guards installed at the same time I had the roof puncture repaired from a falling tree. One of the guards had bowed up a little and on the other side of the house, downspout was clogged. I didn't realize the clogged down spout until we got our first rain seven months later.

I contacted Ryan at Kelly roofing and they came out in just two days to correct both issues. I asked what do I owe them and Ryan said there is no charge! These guys not only did great work (I couldn't see the roof patch at all) they stand also by their work!

Everything working with Kelly Roofing was great! From start to finish Kelly Roofing was in complete contact with us. Ryan took care of all inspections and the county. We never even had a drop of input except for what roof we wanted! He was so helpful with any questions we had and we completely thank him for that! Everything was taken care, after the job was started I was amazed how quick it was done! I will use Kelly Roofing for all of my roofing needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a roof!

Last year I was advised that I needed a new roof as the roof started leaking at the chimney. Six different companies all gave me quotes from $12,000 to $22,000. Because of the delay in contractor's schedules I found Kelly's Roofing who was quicker and squeezed me into their tight schedule. My problem? Not the roof but the chimney itself, which I did not need (I have a propane fireplace). I was advised that I did not need a new roof and that I am good for another five years! Woohoo! Oh and the repair bill was only $1100. Thank you Kelly Roofing! Finally an honest contractor who put their client's needs ahead.

I paid my deposit and a start date was agreed upon. However, I was continually put off for close to a month. Each time we would correspond I was told that an emergency job came up, or another job had come up. I finally told Ryan no more. It was time to do my job as he had agreed. He could put another job off, I had waited long enough. His response was to refuse to do the work. He said he would be returning my deposit. Well at the writing it's been 2 weeks and I still have not received my deposit back. And yes, he did cash the check.
