Mr. Bowman and his colleagues did an amazing job on our roof replacement today. Mr. Bowman and his team worked with me on the scheduling and in picking out the right shingles for the job. The crew worked quickly and in no time bam! the new roof was installed and the yards were cleaned up, the drive, porch and patio were cleaned. They covered the old exhaust where the gas water heater was, they patched places in the decking that had been broken. The workers did an amazing job.They even installed all new vents. Mr. Bowman was a pleasure to work with and always had time for my questions. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kelly Roofing.

Absolute best roofing company in Amarillo. They will %100 stand behind their roofs. We had ours put on 5 years ago and had an issue that was in no way was Kelley roofing's fault, I called them and they came right over and fixed the problem. I will never use any other roofing company and recommend anyone looking for a roof call Kelley.

Excellent customer service! I purchased this house and it already had a warranty from this company back from 2014. The sunroom kept leaking and they kept doing right by repairing it. Even though it wasn't fixed with all that they tried from their knowledge, they finally replaced the flat roof on our sunroom. They do great work and they do RESPOND TO EACH of our calls. Possible that other people that are complaining about them not responding after a windstorm is because they were overwhelmed by how much work they already had. Just my common sense here but if there's a windstorm, they're going to be very busy and overwhelmed. All you need is to give them respect and consideration and in return and they will give you spectacular customer service. When we moved to Amarillo/Canyon area, I noticed people here go over the top with complaints. Personally, I can't do customer service in this area and I did it for years. Thank goodness I'm medically retired now. I'd like for some people here to live in the city for one year to humble themselves and realize that people aren't machines, we're just humans. Coming from the city myself, I promise you that they really do go above and beyond compared to 100's, if not 1000's, of companies out in the nation. Do yourself a favor and try them out.

After a recent hailstorm I contacted Kelley roofing for a quote to replace my roof. The salesman notices that my insurance company didn't calculate my paperwork properly. Not sure what to do, I turned my claim over to them and after about a week, the insurance company sent out a second adjuster to meet with Kelley Roofing at my house. An hour later I had the money needed to replace my roof. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for the knowledge and experience of the salesman. My new roof looks great and they did a wonderful job cleaning up.

I was out of town when the latest hail storm occurred. I needed someone I trusted to assess the damage to my roof. My experience with Kelley roofing in the past had been positive, so I called them. They climbed up on my roof, looked it over and said, ""Don't file a claim."" People with integrity are hard to find.

On 3-5-12, I contacted Kelley Roofing to get repairs done on my roof. The secretary told me that the owner would be calling me. He never did. Evidently he didn't need the busines.. I ended up paying $900 to another company to do the repairs. I don't recommend them
