Best decision I have ever made ! They are honest, reliable and dependable family owned business that IS the DIFFERENCE they don't make the difference, they set the bar. They are the best experience i have Ever had in terms of communication and hard work !!! I had a very strict and short deadline that had to be met due to an insurance issue, I explained the short time line and not only did it become an ""all hands on deck"" situation where several members of the business were simultaneously trying to find the right roof tile but also were able to move all their appointments around to squeeze me in and meet my insurance deadline. This family company is a pleasure to work with. They are professionals from your first call to the completed project. I looked up roofing repair and spoke to other companies but they were very adaptable to the fact that my husband and I wanted to pay for it. My in laws are on a tight budget so this was a gift for them. I offered to send a check to the house on the day of the repair but was told that it wasn't necessary. They would invoice me instead so my in laws wouldn't know the cost. This was very important to us. They even kept the price down to a very reasonable figure for us. I have already recommended them to a friend needing roofing services right now . I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

I have been trying to get an estimate from this company for the past 3 weeks.

The first appointment I made, was for 2:00 pm, they just didn't show up. I had to call them to see what happened and the lady who answers the phones said ""oh, the estimator is out of town"". Ok, sooo you couldn't bother to call and tell me earlier that day that he would not be able to make the appointment. Cool.

The second time again no call, no show. I had to call them again and the lady said ""Oh the estimator went by your property and you have a 2-story house and he doesn't have a long enough ladder"". Alright, so the guy couldn't be bothered to get out of his car and let me know that he didn't have a long enough ladder so I wouldn't think he was a no-show yet again. So i reschedule because I really need to get my roof replaced due to Hurricane Irma.

Third time again no show, no call. I had to call them and ask wtf. The lady who answers the phones says, ""Oh, let me call and see where he is"". The whole day goes by and no call back. At this point I am completely done with them as I know if it's this much of a mission to even get an estimate I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be if I hired them to replace my roof.

Randomly 2 days later I get an email from them saying they couldn't give me an estimate at this time. Seriously, wtf??? You never ever came out to throughly inspect my property and if you couldn't give me an estimate shouldn't you have told me this 3 weeks ago??? Absolutely deplorable customer service, lack of organization and lack of respect for people and their time. Surprisingly, filing my insurance claim and getting my insurance check was easier and faster than dealing with this company. Obviously I can not comment on their work but based on their poor customer service skills and disorganization I will never recommend this company.

I made an appointment to check on a leaky roof. The day of the appointment, about 4 hours before they are scheduled to come, Kate calls me to let me know that the estimater is still ""out of town."" She was polite about it and we rescheduled for the following day. The following day comes and no one shows up. No phone call, no follow up.

This is my second time using Keller Roofing to fix a hole in my roof (different spot than the first time). As always, they are courteous, professional, and timely! I've recommended Keller to multiple coworkers and they've used Keller, as well. I will continue to use and recommend Keller!

I did what everyone on this site does, read reviews and base some of my decision making on reviews. I needed a roofer to inspect and fix a leak. I did my research and had a few other companies come out. Not only did Keller roofing have the most affordable price, they gave me the confidence that they can do the job correctly. I am very happy with my decision in choosing Keller Roofing and would recommend them to anyone needing a fix leak, inspection, of major damage to the roof. Its been a few weeks and no issues with the roof and looks great.

Well, Keller came out yesterday at exactly at 8 a.m., exactly what they said they'd do. And I went to work and my fiance went to work. We came home last night and had no AC. The house was 85 degrees and the Keller people were gone. My fiance went out back to check the compressor and it wasn't working. So, is this normal? Do roofing people come out and all of a sudden we have no AC? Meaning, the AC we just paid off? Assumptions are all around right now, from them driving a nail into an AC line to them not paying attention to where they are working up there. Soooooo I will continue this review as I gotta call them today to make sure they know that we accuse them of doing something to the AC to them either fixing it with a decrease in our bill or we find out it was something else.

9:50 a.m.
So Keller called back to make sure they were updated. The AC guy still isn't here yet. And the water pressure to the house was low. I called the city and they said ""Nope, we're not working on the water."" Come to find out that the roofing people were using our outdoor water hose and turned and almost broke the main turning thing to the water to the house. Unbelieveable. So my fiance fixed it. But we're still waiting on the AC guy.

2:35 p.m.
So much has happened! So Keller called my fiance and told him that they need pictures from All Year Cooling, the original AC company, to make sure that the AC company put the pipes in the right place in the first place before they pay for any repair. What a douche of a company! But, All year Cooling is coming out today to take a look, take the pictures, and we'll get them to Keller Roofing. I mean, really - All Year Cooling didn't go on the roof and stick a nail through anything! Keller did! My fiance says we'll have to pay for the repair and then take it out of the bill from Keller Roofing. Not sure about that....

9 pm
Ok, final post on them - All year Cooling came out and the guy said $1650 to run new lines and fix the problem. Keller Roofing says nope, we're not paying for that. If the AC lines were run properly then their workers never would have put a nail through any of the work. So, my fiance and I have no AC for a while. My Fiance is gonna call the owner of All Year Cooling, I will contact the Permit Inspector of our city to find out if he was at fault or whose fault it should be, and there will be words, I'm sure. But we had AC before Keller Roofing came out. There are now photos of their nail in our AC work.

Figure that out.

So, I just read what Keller Roofing wrote - minus the spelling and grammar that I can't correct at this time because it hurts my eyes, yes, they did credit my fiance $250 (oddly enough the extra cost of ""special nails"" that he was told need to be used in roofing and which the City of Tamarac sent me an email stating that isn't correct) and yes they finally did send someone out to fix our A/C. So they did fix what they broke. But excuses are excuses - my log here only dictates exactly what was said and done by all parties. My fiance is upset with All Year Cooling, and I'm upset with Keller Roofing. But we're done now, and I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Found this business on Yelp, and with only four reviews I was a little skeptical. But the office staff were great to deal with and after meeting the inspector I had confidence that he understood where the roof leak was coming from and his repair would fix the problem (unlike some of the others who bid the job). The roof repair was done thoroughly and promptly, and it looks great. The team and on-site foreman were great to deal with. And to top it all off this bid was less expensive than the others we received. Highly recommend this family owned business
