This company does not return calls within 48 hours. I left 3 messages over a 5 day period but I final received a call back a week later. When I received the call, the person introduced himself as the owner, he told me he is very busy which is why it took so long to call me back. He didn't apologize for the delay and he said he wasn't sure when he will be able to come out to do an estimate since it's been a very busy year due to the heavy rain fall this past spring. I was a little taken back by what he said, but I do appreciate his honesty. It felt like he didn't want my business because he kept emphasizing that he was very busy and all good roofers in the area are busy too. I ended up calling another local roofer that was able to come to provide an estimate a week later. I really wanted to work with Keller Roof since there are so many glowing yelp reviews. I'm giving Keller Roof 2 stars because I do appreciate the owner's honesty.

Jon came to my house on a Sunday to inspect my roof and gave me a very fair estimate. He told me at the time that he had a lot of jobs lined up already due to the rain but would get my job done by Jan 31. In spite of our seemingly ongoing rain, he got the job done for the price he quoted and never once tried to oversell me. He and his team cleaned up afterwards and he gave me some advice about my impending house painting project before he left. The next time I have a roofing need, I'm calling Jon back. Had some tile that were slipping and one broken tile. Not knowing who to call, so looked up Keller Roof Co on Yelp called him up and had no problem to give me a fair bid. Nice man and was on it, so if you have roofing problems call Jon he'll take care of it.

Great job! Jon does his own work and doesn't hire out day laborers like another roofer I know. Jon came out and repaired/replaced over 500sq. ft. Of my roof that had a leak due to to poor workmanship from the last roofer that was here. My wife and I now have peace of mind knowing that our roof won't leak. Jon went above and beyond what needed to be done and did a super clean up. Thank you!!

Called Keller Roofing last week. John told my wife he was coming to give an estimate on roof repair today at 1:30 PM. It's 6 PM, and still no call, no show. Business must be really good, so I suppose they don't care if they lose customers.

Jon Keller and his crew repaired several large sections of my tile roof yesterday and found the source of leaking in the ceiling and fixed it.They were here when they said they would come, great workmanship, a very honest hard working person and they cleaned up everything. He even does a lot of the work himself, not just supervising the crew. While he was up on the roof he even sealed some roof vents and fixed some broken tiles so we don't have problems in the future. He returns all phone calls and even came back after he thought he had finished to do caulking he had forgotten to do earlier. His quote was very fair and I highly recommend Jon from Keller Roof Co. This is the first Yelp review I have written and Jon from Keller Roof highly deserves this 5* rating for his honesty and hard work to get the job done right the first time!
