Sassy J.The office staff is rude AFTER the signing of contract. They contract out their work, so you don't know who is going to repair your roof. They overpriced and lied about replacement of plywood. I can look from attic to see new plywood, but Who wants to go through litigation if your not an attorney? The lie about start date and craftsmanship. I could have found a crew and had them put on my roof with same bad craftsmanship and less money, but I trusted a name that the grandkids are destroying. I would definitely NOT recommend them.
