Called to set up an appt. time to have someone to come out to look at my roof for repair. Receptionist stated someome would be out within 1-3 weeks (its been almost 2 months) before some one will come out and inspect. I asked for an appt. time and date. The receptionist stated that she dont give appt time or dates because they would just show up within the 3 week window. No one never showed up. I guess my job was'nt going to be thousands of dollors so they couldn't make time. I believe their ratings are rigged and they post most of them. On facebook you have to be approved to post a comment so therefore you can never see a bad compalint. Leary of this business. Consumer beware!!!

Keith Stern Roofing did a roof repair for us when we sold our home in Eagle Harbor. The crew was courteous, careful around the pets and plants, and did a superior job on the repair. They definitely know what they are doing.

They also re-roofed my parents home in Pace Island and it looks awesome! I would highly recommend them for your next roofing repair or replacement job.
