This is a terrible company. Dont waste your money or time. They never come out to give a quote. I see im not the only one they did this to. Looking at the past reviews. This company is rude, unapologetic and have poor business ethics. Family owned and you can tell, they all have the same poor attitude. They originally did the roof in 2020 so i thought i would have them come out to fix the leak. I just got the run around and i wasted serval days from work for no one to show up. Yelp should not force you to put even one start for companies like this. Get another Roofer!!

I've been using Keith Barker Roofing for 30 years and have always been very happy with their work. They recently handled our roof and other items after a severe hailstorm. They provided quotes, delt with the insurance company, had really good work crews and did fast, quality work. There was no delay waiting a long time for shingles to be delivered, like several of my neighbors who used other roofing companies. And their communication with me, the insurance company and suppliers was always handled well. I was never left wondering what was happening. Good people make a good company, and they have both.

I could not ask for a better roofing experience. Had great experience with their team. I had water leaking from the roof. Once I called, they came over within just couple of hours for inspection. Small area of roof was damaged. Found blown off shingles from high winds. They took pictures, called the owner (Keith) and infact they fixed the issue right there. Very reasonable. The work was done efficiently and they also followed up on the work done. Great office staff / team. Thank you !

They misled us into believing they were the company that did the original work on our house during construction. It was in fact the fathers company that did the work. Then they repaired the leak without testing it with water. When I called I was told"" it happens all the time"", referring to the confusion. Very sketchy business practice to say the least!!

They did our original roof in 2018. Long story short, we had a leak because certain areas were done wrong. Luckily we were still in the 1 year warranty period of a new construction home, but we had to have a the carpet and Sheetrock ripped out of a bedroom and everything was redone. I told the builder that I did NOT want Barker doing the roof repairs.

Also, when they were doing the stucco on my neighbors house on a windy day, stucco got all over our iron fence. We called Barker to power wash it because it had a powder coated finish. What did they do? SPRAY PAINTED IT WITH WALMART BRAND PAINT (they left the evidence)!! When we contacted them about it, they claimed it was ""special"" paint. They had to reimburse us for the cost of the fence so we could have it replaced.

Do not use this company. I spent 40 minutes walking around the house with them to get an estimate on repairing a leaky roof replacing siding and painting.

Weeks later I called and asked why I never received an estimate and they said the person who took it didn't bother to submit it. They said they would contact him and get it.

After nothing for another week, I called back and they said he still did not submit it but they will be happy to come back out to create another estimate.

After spending the four hour window they gave me, I called back and said no one ever showed up. They said no one showed up because they finally got the original estimate. I asked why wouldn't someone notify me instead of having me take off work and wait needlessly for 4 hours. They had no answer and no apology. Just a condescending attitude. So I asked ok so when will I receive the estimate which is now a full month and several rains later.

They said next week. It's been two weeks and I've received nothing.

Any contractor that is this flakey before getting the job is a huge red flag. I have no doubt once they started the job the flakiness would only get worse.

This company was wrong and rude and unapologetic all at the same time. Do not use them.
