Very professional. Tore off the old roof and put new roof in 3 1/2 days. Didn't try to increase the cost by replacing unnecessary wood. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend Joe Kehoe Roofing. Haven't found 1 loose nail on the ground. Clean up was amazing. New roof looks great. Very good price.

This review is a big Thank You for Joe, the owner of Kehoe Roofing Services.
Joe came out during my purchase of my new home and informed us that some work needs to be done to the roof: broken tiles to be replaced, resealing vents and outlets, repairing a potential roof leak, and exploring the valleys and ridges for potential leaks.
Joe gave us a very, very reasonable quote, and when he actually came out to deliver the work--I was blown away by his thoroughness, the extent of the work he delivered, and that he stuck with the bid initially given!

First off he repaired a small roof leak by peeling back 12 rows of concrete tile, which is not a small task. Further he replaced a multitude of broken tiles, glued tiles back into place that had slipped out of position, resealed all vents and outlets, and additionally -- though not ask for, he cleaned all the roof gutters and inspected the entire roof!

The charges did not match the work that he had done.

Joe, I am deeply impressed with your craftsmanship, your delivery of services and your dedication to leave a job behind that is done hundred percent satisfactory, and is executed most supremely!

You will have any roofing related business from me from here on fourth! I'm deeply satisfied, I am very glad to have found a true crafts person, and will recommend you for any job did you deem qualified to do.

My wife and I researched and talked to multiple contractors for our roofing project. Each contractor gave us their analysis, process, recommendations, and information regarding their company and work. Out of all of them we liked Kehoe Roofing the most.

The owner Joe was patient, informative, and gave us an honest opinion on the condition of our roof and provided some options on what we could do. His quote was very competitive and the product brands he used are well established names in the industry. He has been working for a long time and was very familiar with homes in our area of town.

The job was completed in a few days which included removing the old roof, replacing broken and rotted wood panels and fascia, and installation of the new roof. Everything went smoothly and Joe addressed any concerns that we had along the way.

The completed job looks beautiful. My wife and I reviewed everything with Joe and found his attention to detail and care exceptionally well. We highly recommend Kehoe Roofing.
