Company replaced roof and hired a subcontractor to conduct soffit repairs/replacement. When repairs weren't made correctly and Soffits failed, owner of company deflected blame and directed myself to contact the subcontractor and take it up with them.

I didn't contract the subcontractor nor did I pay the subcontractor, you did. This makes it your issue and is unacceptable.

This is one of a myriad of issues using the company. Please save yourself the headache and shoddy workmanship. Find a more reputable company like http://www.mikewillisroofing.com/

A new roof was installed July of 2012, since then we have had them out 6 times to repair leaks. This was the third time for this side of the roof over the patio and they previously patched the damage except for this time. The ceiling looks terrible from all the patching and we requested them to re-texture the ceiling to make it look uniform. We have called them approximately a dozen times and keep getting the run around. The patio ceiling is a 10x11.
