My husband paid this company $35,000 last year to remove our solar panels and replace our roof and gutters, and we haven't heard from them since. They won't answer my calls and won't respond to the Better Business Bureau. My husband died in January so I will be forced to sue them. Save yourself some heartache and CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!

Do Not Use This Company. This company will take your money and not even start the job - Do not give money before job is completed as I did. On June 28, 2023, Kee Roofing provided an estimate and received several thousand dollars to begin repairs on my roof. Unfortunately, they have not begun the work and are unresponsive to my inquiries about the project. Despite repeated calls, Kee Roofing has not communicated with me regarding the promised services. They simply took the money and left.

took 35,000 dollars from my insurance company USAA for hail damage. it's been over 2 years and they have not done anything!! Olivia made excuse after excuse then her husband Ben tried to call and raise his voice at me for him not doing his on job!! Called my attorney and they have been sued many times and many BBB complaints !! i do not recommend!!

Kee roofing came out to give an estimate on my porch roof. They mention I had hail damage on my roof. So, I let them work with the insurance company and I did get my roof on my house and detached garaged replaced, but it took from July to January to complete the process. They will have you sign a commitment to letting them do the work if they work to get your claim approved. Then they want 20% cancellation fee if you want to change your mind. Read everything front and back before you sign anything to make sure you understand what you are signing up for. They are about locking you into a contract and collecting money. They want most of the money up front as soon as the insurance pays the first payment. They will want more money before they even start work and then invoice you the same day that they complete work whether you are happy with it or not. Then they have a clause to charge you more if they turn it over to collections. Then if you question anything the owners will rudely interrupt you and start talking as fast as they can so you cannot speak. They just want your money. Be sure to check out the complaints with the BBB. One lady says they want you to sign a cancellation letter that says you will not speak badly of them in order to get your refund if you cancel.

Stay away. Come over super nice and set quick install. After months they fuss at you for calling and refuse to break contract. Then they damaged my house but will not provide insurance for my to file a claim. Do your self a favor no not use this company

We needed to fix a leak in our roof and Kee Roofing was able to help us get our entire roof replaced. We had hail damage that qualified us for insurance coverage, and Kee helped us negotiate with the insurance company to install a new roof, to code. They replaced the shingles and flashing, ridge vents, repaired areas of damaged decking and more.

As for cost, we were only responsible for covering our deductible. I believe they helped us get a roof that we otherwise would not have been able to get. Ben came by the house on several occasions to evaluate our roofing needs and explain the process, meet with the insurance agent, help us select materials, and again for a final walk through after the install.

They also took extra steps to professionally install a tarp on our roof while we waited for the new roof to be installed, which effectively stopped our roof leak. They cleaned our gutters on the day of the install. And they came back after the install to do some pressure washing on the exterior walls. Our roof is now in excellent condition. No leaks and looks great.
