Positives - pricing and ability to start the job quickly. As well, Melissa in the office is wonderful.

Negatives - the workers were like bulls in a china shop. They trampled flower beds( thank goodness I had put off planting). From removing the old roof many things were damaged - screens, marks on my siding, and I later discovered my grill. The screens were replaced - at first with 2 non matching screens and when the gentleman came out to inquire why I wasn't happy he acted like I was such a bother to him - keep in mind his company damaged them and I just wanted screens to match each other and the rest of the house. They also broke my gutter which I pointed out to the crew chief - he promised they would fix that and add back my rain diverter before they left the job - they did not. Once again I was the bother when the gentleman came to inquire what was wrong.

Overall there is just no respect for the home owner or their property. The roof itself is very nice and I believe the work they do to be quality. There is just no customer service by those that come out to the house. Melissa in the office was the only thing keeping me sane with all the issues.
