TERRIBLE SERVICE! If you need roof repair, please avoid this company.

Oscar showed up to review the work that needed to be done, agreed to take the job and provide an estimate within a couple of days to get the job started. Time goes by and the estimate is never received, the urgency that was requested due to rain was ignored completely even though he agreed to have the work done prior to the rain coming so the house would not flood, and he continued to ignore phone calls, even hung up when questioned about the estimate. He said ""Be patient, don't worry, we are professional."" I'm sorry - but any real ""professional"" would not agree to take a job and leave a customer hanging when they have stressed how dire the situation is due to the weather.

Not only did this cost time, money, stress and worry, but another contractor had to be called and the work had to be expedited (which cost a lot of money) due to the weather coming in and Oscar Morales failing to be ""professional""

I will never work with this company, or Oscar, again!

I called this company spoke with Oscar morales for an estimate for roof repairs before the rains started , they came by looked at it, after few days didn't hear back I called and asked when will I get an estimate, he told me that sorry were to busy right now, when I got upset with him he just hang up the phone.
this people don't deserve to be in business

I had a leaking on my roof I called this company spoke with Oscar morales and I asked him to come and check my roof he came and looked at it and he was supposed to give me an estimate for repair I told him that it's going to rain he said don't worry we're professional company two days before the rain I called and asked him what happened why I didn't hear from you he said don't worry
Now it rained all my ceiling is leaking inside it's a disaster don't trust this company they are liars

this is a five star company the raise the bar on water proof the are extremly pros at their work and i have used this company on both residental and commercial i just can not say enough great things about their work top notch
