Omid and his crew did a superb job fixing an entryway support beam that had fallen down, possibly due to a recent earthquake. They carved a new beam with fancy curves, braced it with a metal bracket, painted and fixed surrounding stucco. Fast, efficient, and professional with attention to detail. Disposed of the old beam and cleaned up afterward. Very reasonable cost and a great value. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with Omid! My roof had small but mysterious leaks for years and it's flat. Omid did his detective work, discussed what could be done with me in detail, and then we decided to open up one area that's most likely to be the problem. Luckily by opening that area we were able to locate where the rain water came in. Omid's team then put in new material giving the roof additional protection. I feel much more confident about the upcoming rain now!

I'm a terrible proscrastinator when it comes to tackling even much-needed home renovations, largely due to my very hit-or-miss track record with past contractors. If only more of them were like Omid from Kayhan's Roofing, no home improvement task would ever seem too daunting! I don't know how I managed to get so lucky finding him, but the process of getting an entirely new roof installed on my Highland Park bungalow was quite literally faster and less disruptive than getting the cracked screen on my iphone repaired. From the getgo, I stressed that I hoped the project could be tackled quickly - which in my mind meant done in under two weeks. Omid and his team were done in under TWO DAYS! And not just any two days - the Sunday and Monday immediately before the big windstorm that became a firestorm on Tuesday. Of course I would've understood if he wanted to push back until weather conditions were ideal. But before I even had the opportunity to suggest it, Omid was texting me drone photos of the finished product - a great looking new roof made with best-in-class materials, for a price that I was already anticipating from the 5 minutes of Google research I did, pre-hire.
