It has been a pleasure working with Katy Home Improvement. Ryan & Blair were like the dream team to have in my corner. I called them out to quote me for a new roof since mine was damaged by hail in the spring. They left no stone unturned! None of the other roofing companies that I had come out did this. The process took a bit longer but was well worth it because they were inspecting for damage that my insurance company had overlooked. They worked directly with my insurance company along the way which was super convenient for me to not have to be in the middle of negotiations. I am thrilled with the work they did and the follow-up. They were with me each step of the process. I am so glad to have found them and it is a bonus that they do more than roofs because I feel like I have a trusted group of guys to count on for future projects.

I contacted this company on Monday and left a voicemail, and never got a call back but that's okay we are all busy....I understand. So I decided to send a text message to the number listed, again no response. I called again on Tuesday, and no one answered, but I did get a text response saying that a contractor would give me a call. A few hours later I received a call from a guy named Manny who told me he would stop by to give me an estimate. He gave me a time but never showed up, I called him and no answer. He texted me a few hours later saying he was stuck in traffic and could come out at 7pm the next day. Never showed up. I then spoke to Ryan who told me that he would have any other contractor work with me and now we are 4 days out I still haven't heard anything. How can you treat potential customers like this. I understand that to a contractor bigger jobs are more important but at least show up when you say you will. I've called twice and sent a few more text messages. Still haven't heard back from these guys. I cannot recommend this company because of this.

Katy Home Improvement not only did an amazing job on my roof but Ryan went out of his way long after normal business hours to tarp my roof until the next morning. First thing the next day Ryan and his crew were here started the job immediately and finished up in no time at all! Knowing that the roof was aging I had already been shopping around and getting a price comparison from multiple companies. Katy Home Improvement by far beat their competitors and I could not be an happier with the results. I have had them back on several occasions since then and I will continue to use this company because they put the customer first and their reliability is unprecedented!

Ryan and his guys are great to deal with. He worked within our budget & logistical constraints after a house fire next door left our house badly smoke damaged. They replaced the roof, repaired siding & soffits, replaced attic insulation, painted the house, replaced our damaged carpet with vinyl faux wood plank, and laid sod.

The house looks great and I've been very happy with our experience. Ryan is my first call if a job is too large to tackle on my own.
