I came into the world in Sacramento in 1953 and have been a Roseville, CA resident since 1989.
I am happily married and have two sons, both of whom are married and live in Roseville.
Sharon, my wife, and I have been together for more than 38 years.
I began my roofing career after a year at Sac State, now known as CSUS, working for my uncle, a roofing contractor.
After that, I spent two years there before working for multiple companies, depending on their project demands.
I primarily focused on residential roofing initially, then transitioned to commercial roofing, where I became a foreman for a large Sacramento company.
As work became scarce in the early eighties, I took the contractor exam and established my own roofing business.
Except for a seven-year partnership that concluded in the early nineties, I have been a sole proprietor ever since.
Even with my years of experience, I am still on a journey of learning.
