Initially The sales person was very attentive and conscientious calling me every couple of days to give me updates. He told me he could get the job done by the end of March but once I gave the $2600 deposit the scheduling department gave me a date of September 2023, which does not work for us since our solar is scheduled for July 2023 and a roofing project needs to be done before that. I was very clear about the date with the sales person from the very beginning .And now my phone calls and emails are basically are unanswered unless I really threaten to go to the owner . very frustrating

We have been dealing with a leak for sometime and finally had time to reach out to Kapili. CSM Quignon was real polite, quick and professional. He and his team was able to get out quickly, to our house and completed the necessary repairs. I appreciate the competence and I'm grateful i went with Kapili. Constant rain created water damage and leaks through our roof back in December 2022, right around the holidays. Kapili had a long waitlist estimating for the work to be done in June 2023. In the meantime, they temporarily covered the leaks/roof ASAP while waiting for an opening in their schedule which came sooner than expected. By mid February 2023, job was completed, roof repaired!

Throughout the process, we constantly received updates on the work schedule and the work getting done. Took less than a week to complete everything.

Crew on large property for several months for roofing project damaged the car I was driving..

Parked car away from any coned off areas...2 hrs later found damage along entire drivers side of car...

Kapili roofing coned off thru traffic, so no thru traffic allowed...

The physical damage was obviously caused by construction equipment...

I filed a police report, but since no one witnessed incident ...and Equipment Operater would not admit to accident,

Owners of Kapilli Roofing ignored my evidence presented to them, and decided not to offer any help or compensation for damages...(when owners were first contacted, they genuinely seem to be sympathetic)...

My option is that Kapili Roofing is not an Honorable and Trustworthy company...

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone...

We had the most amazing customer service with Kapili Roofing! Braedan kept us informed throughout our job which took longer than expected due to supply chain issues. Noel and his crew were top notch! Noel was meticulous and hard working and he also watched over his crew to make sure they also did an excellent job. The crew was always polite and always spent time to do a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. Our new tiled roof is beautiful - our neighbors have stopped to admire it. Now hate that the solar panels are now going to cover up most of the tile :)

Back in January there was a big rain and discovered we had a roof leak and Kapilli was the only company that came who was available to secure the leak. Fast forward a few months they were able to install my roof by early March.

I worked with Braedan and he sent out Keone and his crew did an absolutely incredible job on the installation. They added quite a bit of custom work to improve my roof and make it water tight and perform well. Hats off to these hard working roofers like Keone and his guys true professionals and craftsman in their trade.

There was not one thing that Kapilli wasn't willing to accommodate, they've said YES to everything I asked including the guys working on the roof. The ability of the business to coordinate all the work amongst themselves and sub contractors is great and not to mention the ability to charge the work on credit card!!! Who does that anymore!!! It's a no brainer for most and you back it all up with actions of your team and it shows. How can you not go with Kapilli when others can't deliver good pricing, benefits, warranty and customer service you do.

In the end, I feel confident that Kapilli will always have my back anytime during the installation and the lifespan of the roof. That's what is most important and you provided that assurance.
