Now here's the truth:

Here's the truth:
a)Ward never stepped foot on our property. Never once showed up to our job. Never laid eyes on any part of these unfortunate mishaps. So there's that.
b) Your workers were never asked to ""constantly close the gates while they were THERE working.""
#2) In response to your comment : ""We drove by a couple of times and saw the other company that completed the work and both times both gates were wide open.""
Here's the truth:
a) When our gates were open our new contractors were present 100% of the time. Any time they left for any reason they closed the gates and bonus let me know if they were not going to be on property.
Your men left both gates open on our property to our pool with no one present. Never let me know when they were leaving and leaving us wide open for accident liability stated in my original comment.
b) Only ONE gate is visible from the street. Soooooo there's that.......???

a)As a customer of any business I have obtained through proper channels and that businesses particular criteria to obtain a good paying customer, I have every right to share my personal experience to give the general population an idea of what ""might"" help them draw a best conclusion in making an educated decision for a very expensive investment to their household and home.

Highly recommend Kangaroo for all your remodeling needs. They just completed a large project at my home that included exterior paint, new windows, all new siding/soffits, new insulation, garage door, etc. They did great work, and Rob, the PM, was excellent at communicating the status of everything and coming by daily to check progress and provide updates. Crews that did the work were very prompt, professional, and paid attention to detail. I will use Kangaroo again! 5 Stars all the way.
