So glad I found Kangaroo Contractors on Yelp! My gutters needed to be cleaned and I was able to get scheduled quickly and quoted a reasonable price. Not only were the gutters cleaned, one needed to be repaired as it was coming away from the house. I will definitely use Kangaroo Contractors again and recommend to my friends.

If I could give a zero or a negative five, this is what this company deserves. They were subcontracted by my roofers (DFW Roofing Pro) to install the leaf guards. It's been over a month and four visits later and still not installed correctly. I was only met by a poorly clothed illegal (lack of professionalism) who probably didn't receive more than a couple of years of grade school. I never once saw the owner or the supervisor. This same illegal told me to my face on two different occasions that he was to install the light side up when I told him I wanted the brown side up. They can't even be flipped over to begin with because it defeats the functionality of their design. He would say, My boss said... I said, who pays your boss? Who owns this house? Every time, he would leave and not finish the work. Now they think the job is done but it's crappy. Open gaps at every corner because they didn't follow the simple instructions in a PDF I found on the internet. Every adjoining piece is not screwed in the proper place to keep from sagging. Bent and sharp curled edges at places which look evident of not having the proper tools to provide a clean cut. Sloppy, sloppy and horrible. BEWARE!
NOTE: I interviewed them to do my roof and I always inform each roofer my guidelines, one of which is no extra dollars out of my pocket. He submitted two contracts which I thought was Plan A and Plan B. One showing certain options I expected totally covered under my insurance and one with the leaf guards ($400) extra. He had advertising for upgrades which others were as well for free, except his were not free. Plan A was just basic roof replacement and Plan B was $5,000 more for extras I thought was going to be included. I told him bye-bye. He replied with a plea for a deal which I quickly declined. One a snake, always a snake! You've been warned... I will be posting on other sites to help, but people, DO YOUR WORK. DFW Roofing Pro ROCKS. Loads of extras and got $7,000 more from my insurance company when the previous six roofing companies did nothing after looking at my insurance claim.

Arrange with them to wash all our windows, quoted us a great price, inside and out windows, two-story house, came when they said they would and did a fantastic job for reasonable cost, would definitely use again. Also, I had originally left them a voicemail and was surprisingly glad to get a call back like within 20 minutes.

I called Kangaroo Contractors about a leak in our roof. They sent a very nice guy named David out to look at our roof. He took photos and showed us exactly what was wrong. We got an estimate promptly and it was reasonable. They sent the workmen out in a few days. We are very impressed with this company and plan to use them for all our roofing needs.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT let Kangaroo Contractors wash your windows. They use steel wool and badly scratched up most of my windows, some of which we just had replaced. After notifying them of the situation, they came out to inspect and brought along printouts of info on fabricating debris. Obviously, he came prepared to blame it on the window manufacturer. But we have old an new windows which are from different manufacturers. My sister and her husband happen to work for a top window manufacturer, her husband designs windows so has very extensive knowledge. I called my sister and she said she had never heard of fabricating debris. She also said that steel wool should NEVER be used to clean windows. Our windows are so badly scratched that we will have to replace all of them which is going to cost a fortune. So please beware of Kangaroo. A window cleaning has turned into a very costly mess for us.

Kangaroo Contractors came recommend to me for sliding screen door repair. They picked up the screen door, repaired, and had it back to me exactly as promised. Great customer service and work quality. I will be calling them for other home projects as well.
