I set up an appointment to get an estimate, he asked for my address and we specified a time but he never showed up. I haven't had any service done by this company, this is my opinion based on initial set up of appointment.

Immediately responded to request for initial consult and gave us a quote and date they will be there, showed up on time completed work and sent me pictures since I was out of town.

After Cesar measured the windows, he confirmed that he ordered them. After waiting the two weeks that he said the windows would take to arrive he turned out a no show and went completely silent. Does not return phone calls and wasted my time. Wish I had hired someone else in the first place as I now have tenants in the building and having someone else measure and install is now more of a hassle.

I came in from California to reseal my mothers roof and needed to find a honest and reliable person. Cesar, the owner of Kaiser general contracting reply to my message quickly. We gave him the job and he completed it, above and beyond our expectations. We actually gave a list of side jobs that he completed from installing a New faucet to doing Patch up work and paint. Cesar is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the contracting business. I would highly recommend him to all the neighbors and family and Las Cruces.

He came with a mask. Appreciate the health and safety considerations. He didn't take any measurements? Was only here for a few minutes. Very busy guy so I'm thinking he is probably good but too busy.

Cesar Barraza owner of Kaisar Construction came to the house to redo the roof. In the process, he damaged the entire balcony, drip edge, siding, and door. Now we can even enjoy our balcony because they put to much roof cement. Just in general a really poor job. He doesn't even answer the phone or text messages. He's the worst contractor I ever worked with.

Our ceiling had major damage from a leak coming from the a/c. I went on yelp to see who was available for the job and Cesar responded right away. He came to our house the next day to check it out, gave us an estimate and got to work on it right away. Kaisar is a family owned business, his son works with him and helps him out. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the lack of communication. They completed the job and left when the job wasn't completed. The ceiling had a stain on it and there were cracks on some corners of the sheet rock like it hadn't been cut to the exact measurement which was an easy fix. We had to call them and ask if they were going to come back and paint and Cesar answered and said he'd be back the next day to paint. He did go back, he painted and filled in the cracks. We were so relieved because we've had bad experiences with other contractors but he was good. I guess it just would've been nice for him to come to us and say ""look there are stains that need to dry before I paint which I'll do tomorrow..."" but overall we were really happy with the outcome. To anyone getting anything repaired and rule of thumb for myself as well is make sure you check the job before your contractor leaves, ask questions and make sure you like what you see because once they leave, you never know if they'll come back. I would call him back again if I needed anything else done.
