We had our floors done with Kairos and they did an amazing job. We had very limited knowledge but Kevin walked us through every step of the process. He took into consideration our design aesthetic, budget, and personal preferences, and offered great advice.
The floors were done more quickly than we anticipated and he also came back to touch up a few areas around the baseboards. When they used less material than anticipated, he even helped us get a refund on the extra materials! It's been a year now and the floors are still perfect. We haven't found any loose or squeaky pieces (which we have experienced in the past). We've had Kevin come back for other small projects around our home and have been impressed by how much care he puts into even the smallest jobs. If you want a contractor you can trust to do a great job, keep you updated all along the way, and offer very reasonable prices, Kairos is your best bet.

At my house, I had Kevin come and replace the rotten wood on my canopy making it look brand new, sealed my leaking window frame to stop rain from dripping, and also built me a awesome shed in backyard to store all my shipment.

I was so happy with the results at my house that I recommended him to my sister where he worked on multiple projects at her business which included doing the flooring, putting up drywall, installing new lighting, remodeling the bathroom and installing wood panels on the wall to give the business a modern look. Kevin was prompt and very professional, he recommended the new security camera system and installed it, was very thorough, checking all angles to make sure they were working correctly and finally helping me understand the system and how it worked.
