Doug came out to give us a estimate very quickly and worked around our schedule. His price was very reasonable. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to up sell us on anything. We had him replace our roof rather than try to repair it because it was 25 years old & we were planning to stay.He installed the brand of high def asphalt shingle we wanted & checked in frequently to make sure we were satisfied. He even removed & re-installed our internet antenna. He was reliable, did a good job & there were no surprise charges when he was done. I would highly recommend him.

Doug Kaeding came out to repair my dads roof. He did a great job and was very affordable. He even came back out and cleaned the gutters for free since my elderly father wasn't able to. He was professional and I highly recommend him!!

My grandmothers roof began leaking 4 or 5 years ago the roof is not even 10 years old. doug came out and told her ""that he didnt see anything (despite the water stain in the ceiling of the front and back rooms) and that was normal and she just needed to keep the channels clean"". he came out again after the leak continued then stated that ""he would have to tear the roof off to see if there was anything wrong (apparently the obvious leaks in the front and back was not evidence enough), if he didnt find anything wrong he would not repair it for free"". we had 3 roofing inspectors come out and concluded ""he messed up somewhere"", none of them had to tear anything off"" I the grandson called doug to let him know what the other pro's said and he told me ""ive been doing this for years, ive never had a problem like this"" i stated what the other contractors including Roof Doctors said ""i should get a lawyer"".. i informed doug as to what was happening and how 3 companies all agreed he was at fault, and that doing that to an old lady and not honoring his warranty while it was valid nor doing the right thing by her after wards, (we bought a 25 year roof) a now 84 year old lady is potentially elder fraud"" he responded with ""i dont respond well to threats, Bring it on"" and hung up.
