I hired Chip and K9 roofing in July of 2023 for hail damage to my roof. He got the insurance check and took over a year and after another hail storm (which damaged the roof more and cause interior damage to my wood floor and ceiling). We have solar panels and his excise for over a year was he couldn't find anyone to take off the panels and reinstall. I made 2 calls and found a company within 10 miles that could do it. He finally found someone on his own after we decided to use the company I found, they installed a little over 1/2 2 weeks ago but we're still without solar panels, ceiling repair and wood floor repair. Chip also said he would reimburse us for our excessive electric bill but haven't seen a dime of that either. Excuse after excuse after excuse for over 1 1/2 years. We have been extremely patient and understanding even tho we knew he was lying time after time just to get something done.
If you want an experienced liar and can wait over 1 1/2 years for repairs, K9 and Chip is who you need to go with.

This company is amazing, Chip was an amazing guy, knows his stuff, he helped me through the inspection process insurance process, he dealt with the adjuster, and it was one of the easiest processes I have been through dealing with insurance, I got bettwr shingles, new gutters, they fixed my car port and took care if my fencing damage, this company is 5 star and I appreciate everything they did for me and my home

Rude. I told Billy we wanted to get some other estimates to compare and he yelled saying we wasted his time... Very unprofessional
