I hired to fix a leak on my roof he came out three times and it's still leaking in the same place I've had other contractors look at it and he told me that he replaced the paper and flashing but all it looks like got done was some caulking on tiles I've made several attempts to contact him and he doesn't answer my calls or texts. I thought he was honest but apparently not

Great service. Had a leak on my outside patio. Carlos was very accommodating to allow the project to be completed on a Saturday. Which no other company was willing to do. Great price, very friendly and very clean. Made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and understanding of my needs. Went out of his way to make sure everything was complete including painting wood that needed to be replaced. I am very happy with the work and would recommend and use this roofing company again.

I work for a solar O&M company and we were looking for a roofer to fix damaged shingles in California City. I reached out to Carlos on 6/13 and by 6/15 he relayed that he was struggling to reach the homeowner. Perfect - great communication thus far! After a few phone calls by both of us, we were able to get a hold of the homeowner, schedule a visit, and by 6/26 I had a quote in hand. The quote was reasonable and I immediately sent Carlos the legal documents required for a company to be our sub-contractor. On 6/27 Carlos told me that he would get me the paperwork that week and begin work on 7/3. On 7/3 Carlos told me he was leaving on vacation but would call me back. This was my last communication with him. Since then I have been calling, texting, and emailing. I get sent to vm every time. The homeowner and my client are both expecting updates and I have nothing to tell them on 7/14 except that I am returning to Yelp to seek out the next company a month after beginning this.

I am disappointed and am not quite sure what happened - was it the paperwork that pushed this job into the ""meh, don't want it"" realm? Was it the size of the job? The location? Who knows.

We had wind damage to our roof we set out trying to find an honest roofer who wouldn't try and take us for a ride with repairs. Carlos was so friendly and the only roofer that came out the same day to give us an estimate.

After getting the run-a-round and snow job from others we chose Carlos because he was on time, friendly, honest, and he didn't try to overcharge us.
