This is the second time I have used them (the first was 2011). The problem was the same: tiles falling off the edge of my roof.

They went out of their way to come on a convenient day, showed up promptly, and went right to work. Everything was fixed in 2 and a half hours, including bringing replacement tiles, checking the whole roof and the flashing, and cleaning out an area that was used by pigeons (they also did that in 2011, but then it need more work). I especially liked that they used screws rather than nails, which helps secure the tiles better, and I appreciated that they cleaned up carefully after themselves.

They also provide photos of their work (I kept the ones from 2011 which helped me remember them).

This was a solid job by experienced professionals. I recommend them to anyone in our area who needs work done.

What a great experience. I had an appointment today to get an estimate for what I thought would be a roof replacement and it's rare when it happens but Kevin told me I didn't need to replace my roof. Kevin was incredibly professional and patient and took the time to educate me on How he would pursue a repair, how he would replace the roof when it was time and what he would do differently to make it even better. Amazing experience from an installer with a phenomenal product (GAF) and warranty.

Probably the most professional service co. I've ever run across. We called them during the gnarliest part of the winter storms and they were ON it! Provided photos and a detailed write-up in both the proposal phase, and after the work was done.

2 years ago, my mother-in-law (who owns our house) had this company come out to fix some leaks, as they had worked on her home. They came and fixed the leaks and some other issues the roof had. They missed a small section of gutter that was leaking onto the house and down a window when it rained. It was like a river running down the window. Lucky, it is a solid double pained window, so there was no immediate issue...but there would be if left unchecked. We contacted the roofers and they said they would send someone out within the week to fix it at no charge. We did not hear back from them for over a year...even after repeated requests to have the mistake fixed.
Today, Oct 21 2016...they finally sent someone out to fix the problem...and they where 1.5 hours late. I have a chronic illness, so my wife had to take time off work to deal with them. Work that puts food on our table. She is now over two hours late for work. Unacceptable.
While the work if fine...their business needs to learn to fix their mistakes in a timely manor.
I would not recommend them...

My moms roof was getting pretty old and needed some repairs done before winter set in. I called a few places to get a couple of quotes. As usual some never called back, or didn't show when they scheduled the time. Then there was Kevin Reed. Not only did he call back but took a TON of time going over what he saw on an initial inspection but what he thought they would encounter once the project began.

Kevin provided pictures every day of progress and problems found with a complete written explanation of items fixed and others that need attention. He took time to explain every aspect of the job with both my mother and myself and even was able to recommend some other tradesmen that we would need once the roof was finished. Wow having someone I knew would take care of my mom the way I would if I were doing the roof really made me at ease. I have not received this level of professional service in MANY years!

There may be some cheaper options out there but I can say with confidence that you will not find a more dedicated, professional, Honest, hardworking team than K Reed Roofing! What a great job done on time, in budget with amazing quality!

Called them a few weeks ago when I had a leak. The boss herself... Janice Reed answered and scheduled to send her son Kevin out. Love family businesses. Although he did tell me I needed a new roof he did spend a lot of time giving me advice on a short term solution. I feel pretty confident with them and hope that their bid is reasonable when I do change it out in the summer. I'll update this if I actually go with them.
