I've worked with Kurt twice now. The first time he quoted me on a price to fix my leaking sunroom during a week of heavy rainfall. I was sure that any roofing specialist would take advantage of the rain and overcharge to fix leaks; after getting quotes from other roofers, I found that Kurt was much more reasonable in price, was honest, and genuinely wanted to help me out. His work was outstanding, quickly completed, and fairly priced.

Today, I had some damage to my roof due to the winds. I called Kurt and he went out of his way to help me out that same day. To sum it all up, I trust K & H Roofing, and that is the highest recommendation that I can give to any company.

Kurt is an amazing guy. My tile roof was damaged in the recent high winds and during a short lull in the winds his crew made it look like new for a very reasonable price. They also morted all the corner tiles to keep the problem from occuring again. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest, no bs person to work with for your roofing needs.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Prompt, Professional, Personable - Ken was great to work with and he returned my calls (some companies never did as I was trying to get quotes). He always showed up on time to appointments. The job was done perfectly and on schedule. Ken and Holly were great to talk to, they made it seem like you were dealing with friends. Ken was patient with us as we were trying to figure out the shingle we were going to choose and went out of his way to meet us at the roofing supply store to help pick it out.
I had three quotes, K&H was in the middle and only 3% higher than the lowest quote. Very glad we paid a little bit more to have K&H do the job.

After getting my first quote from Kurt and Holly back in 2012 I was finally able to have the work completed and received a current quote which only went up a few hundred dollars in 4 years. Let me just say I am thrilled with the work Kurt and his team did, the tear off was completed this past Saturday by noon and papered by 4. Rain came in Sat and Sunday with no leaks, and a call from Kurt to check in. By Tuesday the work was completed and looks spectacular.
I would recommend K & H Roofing to anyone needing a good roofer.

I had Kurt over to examine my roof to determine if any part of it was in need of repair. Made appt with his wife first. His diagnosis was that the roof looks great, no problems needing attention. I thanked him, and then he indicated he wasn't doing this for nothing, and that he is charging $175.00, and expected me to pay. I couldn't believe this! His wife never indicated there would be any cost, and if she had, I would never have had him out here. I told him that was outrageous, he left in a huff, and said I'd get his bill in the mail. His card, K & H Roofing, indicates free estimates. Very irritated. I've had other roofing companies out in the past and they charged nothing to examine the roof, even if no repair was needed. Very mad.

After trying an Angie's List Deal on roof check up. I got a quote of 800 bucks on top of the $170.00 deal charge. My Spidey sense told me, I'm being upsold.

So I went to Yelp and found Kurt and his wife and K and H Roofing. I had a nice conversation with him and he stopped by check my roof out. Told me I needed a few minor things and took care of them for HALF the cost.

He's local too.

I asked him to put some bird deterrent spikes on the chimney and he did it no questions.
