The crazy weather we've been having in the bay did some serious damage to my gutters and downspout. I asked around a few places to get the issues addressed, but Henry at K-1 was the only one who the got back to me in a timely manner with a super fair rate. Customer service was A Plus as well, Henry's secretary was extremely efficient and quick to respond to all my needs. Definitely plan on calling them back for future projects. Highly recommended.

I noticed that my roof was a bit damaged so I contacted James for a repair. He was very responsive and professional. After gathering all the details he needed, he showed up with all the necessary tools and fixed the roof in a reasonable amount of time! He was very friendly and he noticed that my gutters were a bit dirty so he cleaned that up for me too. Great service and I will definitely come back to him for any roofing needs

Some raccoons damaged various parts of our roof, and I was so stressed about getting it fixed during this rainy season. James responded immediately to set up an appointment to view the damage. After we came to an agreement, he returned within a few hours to start repairs. The work was done so quickly! I'm seriously so happy with his work. He used high-quality materials so that this won't happen again. I definitely will call him again in the future.

Hi everyone,
I am absolutely furious right now.
Here is what happened:
I have hired K1 Pro Roofing & Gutter Co to fix a leaking roof. The guy showed up, gave me the price and told me that he could fix it the next day. I ok-ed the amount and told him to go ahead and fix the roof. Next day, after he worked on the roof, he told me everything was fixed. I paid him in full.
Soon after the new rain, we realize that the roof was still leaking. I called the guy back, he came over, checked the roof and told me that he fixed one hole and I need to pay more for him to fix another hole.
The price I paid was ridiculously high, but I trusted the company's expertise and didn't complain.
So in the end, roof is still leaking, he refused to do anything about it, he just packed and left after placing an ultimatum of either paying ang getting it fixed or him just leaving. Now I need to hire a different contractor.
Learned from this experience, don't hire this contractor, he is a liar and a cheat!!!

James did such a great job cleaning our gutters! He responded right away and set an appointment to come do an estimate, gave us a great price, and came back the next morning to do the work.
