It was a real blessing to have found JWC when we searched around for a reliable roofing company a few weeks ago. We had an area of our roof with rotted decking and they did an outstanding job replacing the decking (that another roofing company that replaced our roof ignored) and ensuring that we wouldn't have to worry about it again. Audrey was so helpful from the beginning, answering all our questions and putting us on the schedule right away. She kept us updated and informed all the way to the end and we appreciated that so much. When you find a reliable company, it's a real blessing to know you won't be alone if you should ever need their help and that's how we feel about JWC and their staff. Thank you all! Horrible Horrible company! Roof started leaking a few weeks after Roof was installed. Called and complained was told the Roof needed to ""settle"". Went we had all the rain consistently this spring my drywall started hanging off the ceiling and was raining in my living room. I wish I could post the videos. I contacted JW and told them there was a big issue with the Roof they came out several times and were extremely rude and told me they didn't see anything wrong with it. I ended up having several Roof/ construction companies come out and inspect the roof and they all stated how horrible of a job GW did on my roof. GW eventually came out and made some repairs so it was no longer raining in my house but by that point I had noticed the mold in the walls from it leaking from so long. The company originally said they would fix the damage but then just stopped calling me eventually tho there was a 5 year warranty on the roof. I ended up having to pay my insurance deductible all over again for the additional repairs and I had to pay for all the mold mitigation out of pocket. Since I'm a disabled vet and on a fixed income I couldn't afford to move out of my home will the repairs were getting made. So my daughter and I lived in the construction for 4 months until it was completed. Don't believe anything these snake oil salesman say they came to my house and said they were honest men of God and there wasn't anything further from the truth. My insurance is currently pursuing a subrogation claim against them. Maybe I'll be able to recover some of the money that I had to spend to fix the damages caused by there.

This company along with their sister company ADH has helped me on three (3l insurance claims from roof damage to storm damage due to water with the Texas Big Freeze. Besides the quality work I have really valued their expertise in dealing with the often complicated back and forth with the insurance companies. They have fought like bulldogs to get me every cent that is owed in my claims using ex insurance adjusters like Corey and experienced contractors like Mike Freestone in facilitating the insurance process. The competency, quality, professionalism, and can do attitude set the standard in my book. I have been so impressed with how expeditious the projects have started and the end results. Roofers are a plenty in my neighborhood right now. Collins Robinson caught me outside today and offered to do a temporary repair to my roof where there was some missing shingles. He did this free of charge. I am blown away that someone did something so kind! I will definitely be doing business with this company when my insurance company agrees to replace my roof.
